The bathroom needs some maintenence. The toilet lid was broken. And not in the right position. The safe was not fixed to the wall . Any body can carry it and leave. I couldnt have an adapter for the ele socket next to my bed to charge the phone. The staff gave us what we needed but not as nice as we expected. Brakefast stats at arroud 7:30 am .. we had to go out earlier at aroud 7:00 so we lost the chance to eat.

We got a free upgrad because when we arrived there was no empty small room .. so they upgraded our room to a suite.

It’s located next to a night club and literally I couldn’t sleep the whole night from the sound. That was my only problem

Breakfast was decent, the bare minimum of tradition Jordanian type of breakfast that you see in every house, sometimes there were additional dishes from time to time. The walls in the room I stayed may need a new fresh paint. The drapes that were in my room I noticed that it was teared. I have noticed a small spider once but I managed to get rid of it. The mirror in the bathroom, I felt that this needs to be shortened, especially in the bathrooms where the sinks are in front of the toilet, no need to go into deep details.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was offered 2 rooms to choose from. The first was at the fifth floor, and I got to say that it was spacious, but in order to get there you have to take the lift to the 4th floor and then take the stairs, moreover I needed extra electric wall socket which I couldn't find unless I didn't see it properly. The room that I chose was on the 3rd floor, room 306, it was okay, for sure smaller but it had what I needed. The staff was really friendly and helpful, for the first couple of days I had a problem with the TV which wasn't working so I called the reception and a guy came to check it up, all what was needed new batteries for the remote and then everything went fine. Another battery problem I faced was with the safe in the closet, as at some point it refused to open, and when I do finally open it I couldn't lock it again, so I called the reception again and a specialist came to check the safe and changed the batteries. One of the things I liked in the room's bathroom is the laundry string that I could pull to be able to wash some of my small items and hang it on the string. The Hotel itself is nice, the staff are friendly and available when I needed them, it just could use small maintenance here and there

The receptionist was not nice. Did not inform me about the wifi, breakfast and even check out timing. Nothing was informed, i had to ask.

My ac was not working and first of all the staff member who was working at night time didn’t come from more then an hour after calling him for 3-4 times and then started arguing that ac was fine tho the room temperature was showing 26 on the ac. He was also rude and fighting with us at night time with no solution

The Hotel's restaurant is closed.

The Staff was Great, they were helpful and kind, and they helped in what I ever asked. And the room well heated.
