Additionally, I would suggest serving the coffee in a dedicated coffee dispenser rather than a general hot water container, as it would enhance both the presentation and taste. Overall, it's a satisfying breakfast, and with a few improvements, it could be truly exceptional.

I recently stayed at Al Lijam Hotel in Amman and had a truly excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and highly professional, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The rooms were spotless, with a high standard of cleanliness that truly stood out. I would like to especially commend the cleaning staff, who were respectful, humble, and exceptionally professional in their work. Their attention to detail and courteous attitude added great value to my stay. Overall, Al Lijam Hotel offers not only comfort and cleanliness but also a warm and professional environment. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amman.

It was strange, once I stepped in to my room I realized that my room needed to be vacuumed, my pillow cases and one of the towels had long hairs. I thought the next day things would be different, housekeeping took care of the towels but room hasn't been vacuumed yet. It was strange. But I'm sure this ain't the policy and it's an individual mistake. But it's still a good hotel despite everything.

It was as described in reviews: it is clean, neat, worth for money. Noisy until 22:15 pm since there was a wedding party and was impossible to sleep, neither get a drink in bard.

Only issue is the hot water. You get a decent amount, but It does run out.

Very comfortable, clean, great view, good location, and being able to order room service from the restaurant downstairs was amazing. Food was out of this world.

One aspect I found a bit inconvenient was the swimming pool being occupied for training sessions, which prevented my children from swimming. Although I understand the importance of these sessions, it would have been helpful to be informed about the schedule in advance to avoid any disappointment. However, I appreciated the staff's responsiveness once they noticed our discomfort.

I enjoyed my stay at Lijam Hotel for several reasons. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to help. The location was convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast and the overall peaceful atmosphere.

Internet in the room was poor and only near main door I can connect to it. Also the location was way far from the city and airport. The staff didn't help us when we arrived by the entrance and we took our luggages near Lobby then they took them up. Also when we left and checked out they didn't help us by taking them out to taxi.

The breakfast here deserves a special mention too. It was abundant, offering a delightful variety of both sweet and savory options. Whether you're a fan of a hearty meal to start your day or prefer lighter, sweeter fare, there was something for everyone. The quality of food was excellent, and the dining area was always clean and well-maintained.

Very far from downtown and malls. The morning receptionist refused for late checkout and only gave two extra hours while our flights was at 3 am. We asked for half rate of at least one room but he refused. So we had to checkout by 2 pm . Breakfast was very limited - not much variety.

Rooms were spacious and nice .
