My second stay was bad the room wasnt clean enough No towels as the first room No iron

the room was spacious lots of charging ports I loved the staff they were very nice we walked to main town from here one morning it was okay but lots of stairs we ended up just getting taxi through Careem app instead around Amman it’s prepaid so there’s no price issues. there’s a bank, small shop to get extra drinks and also a cafe near by so jr was great

some taxi drivers didn’t know how to turn into the lane to pick us up so we would wait on the corner of the street next to the bank for them to see us bathroom smelled a lilll bit but nothing bad cause you can just close the door

The hotel is excellent and clean, and the staff are helpful. Especially the lady in the restaurant she was very cooperative, attentive, and eager to make us comfortable. Cleanliness is the most important thing for me, and I definitely found that at this hotel. The kitchen was convenient and really helpful I used it to prepare food for my baby. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

Air conditioning not good

The staff were excellent, polite, helpful and friendly, especially the lady who made the breakfast, I wish I could remember her name.

Clean,modern ,wide rooms ,good location.Poor breakfast,no variety of fruits ,not many other variety of food.simple.. The beds very comfy, the room size large..

Breakfast poor, the hotel needs more facilities like spa,fitness etc.Anything else no bad.

What a perfect getaway. The hotel was gorgeous and the staff made us feel so comfortable. I wish I could have stayed more. Definitely one of my favorites hotel experience to date!
