How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The wifi was a little spotty, and the drain had to be opened for the water in the shower to drain. Which unfortunately let in a smell from the drain.

The room and bathroom were spotless, and the location — just minutes from the airport — is a real plus. Breakfast had everything we needed to start the day right. We even had an issue with another hotel the next day, so we ended up coming back and staying a second night — that says it all! Highly recommended. Thank you again for everything

Verified reviewWe went there for one night because we had an early flight. We were the only guests in the hotel but we were shocked that there was a wedding next to our roomsl!!! They made a promise to stop the music at 11:30 but the party continues until 2 o'clock!! We barely slept! It was a disaster night!
The noise, the loud sounds
Hello And thank you for your stay with us. We are very sorry to hear your concerns, however you and other guests where informed about the event we had onsite during your stay, prior to your check-in. We can assure you the music stops at 12.00 and is lowered at 11.30 due to regulations in events in the area. Our onsite staff tried to issue you compensation. Verified reviewThe rooms are nice and big. Also, the bathroom property is nice because it is an old horse ranch and I loved that there is a table in front of each room to sit outside and eat meals. The staff was also super friendly and really wanted to make sure we had everything we needed.
The location was great as far as being near the airport, but it was a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Amman. It would also be nice to have a restaurant or coffee shop on site, but they did have a menu that we could order from and they would bring us the food.

Verified reviewVery close to the airport, ideal for an overnight stay. Also nice appearance and easy to get to. If you rent a car at the airport, there is convenient parking right at the hotel. Insanely helpful staff. We arrived late but the manager showed us everything and helped us unload. We also left very early, but nevertheless they fed us breakfast. They also helped us print out tickets at night before flight, for which I am very grateful. The room is spacious and right next to the parking lot. There is a spirit of travel. It used to be a farm, this gives its own entourage
Some minor plumbing issues, but nothing major.

Verified reviewhotel is a old farm house turn in to beautiful hotel. it has it own beautiful character . it's very close to airport, but ull feel like you are in country side. very beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. large clean rooms. everything looks new and clean. very comfortable stay. we stayed only 1 night, because next day we plan to visit Petra, but easily you could spend few days in this hotel without any problem. staff was soo friendly and help you with everything. we had miscommunication with taxi driver, but hotel resolved it and paid for our taxi even. Jordanian hospitality is next level we can easily recommend this hotel family and friends, we would like to stay again

We booked this hotel mainly because of the pool, which was closed. Breakfast is just packed pastry, small boxed juice and one apple and banana. Drain in the shower was not working properly so the shower was full of water after use. There weren't any soap nor shower gel in the bathroom. There is also no fridge in the room. Staff doesn't speak english. It is definitely not worth the money

Pool is closed for renovation due to a mechanical issue that was unforeseen. Our late night staff speak little English, however our day staff are fluent. Verified reviewWe arrived into the airport late at night and this hotel was a mere 5 mins drive away from the airport. The staff stayed up to greet us. The rooms were basic but as we were up early and off the next morning we just needed somewhere to rest our heads. The rooms were clean.
It would have been good to have curtains over the windows so that the sun didnt wake you up as it rose.
