* Breakfast not worth it, even for free. Long waiting times with overburdened waiters, and the choice is limited. * The "smart" light switches don't work as expected, and also have a delay of a few seconds. You have to touch then hope and wait for something to happen... Sometimes it was irritating. Missed the classic switches.

* We loved our room. Nice, spacious, tidy, comfortable... (except for the lighting system...) * Everything was very clean in the room. Thanks a lot to the cleaning service. * Friendly and professional receptionists and staff.

Although we chose a twin room during our reservation, we were given a double room, and there was no other availability. It would be nice to have a few TV channels in English.

The hotel's location is great. The room and bathroom were very clean and new. Many nice restaurants and shops are within walking distance. I strongly recommend tasting the amazing ice cream from Gerard, which is only 2 minutes away from the hotel.

All the stuff are so good people, humble l, helping and very friendly. Food very delicious, breakfast and dinner, i am pregnant and very picky with food so they kitchen was so helpful for me. Reception and the coffeeshop outside as well, in love with Jordan and the hotel service also showed how much Jordanians are welcoming ever the foreign workers like the cleaners and other workers in service very humble and nice, really the whole team of workers are very kind friendly and professional.

I found the bathroom sink inconvenient as the automatic motion sensor faucet didn't work well. Wish there was a buffet option for breakfast rather than made to order, since I didn't have time to have breakfast and wanted something to go.

Great location in the heart of Weibdeh, close to cafes and restaurants and walkable. The hotel is newly built, and everything was as described. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and there is security and reception 24 hours. The room was modern and clean with all the amenities I needed. The steam room and dry sauna were just the cherry on top of my stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast needs to be improved by means of quality & quantity…. It is served as a set menu ( either continental or Arabic).

The breakfast was not an open buffet and was limited to specific plates already decided by the hotel. The food portion was not enough to cover all the family members. The photocell allocated in the guest room bathroom is not convenient and the shower water flow was not balanced as the water keeps on getting cold and hot at the same moment while taking a shower. The towels had the smell of smoke cigarettes although we requested a no smoking room.
