The hotel staff was very informative and attentive. They sent messages in advance and prepared everything before we arrived. We booked a tour to Petra and were very satisfied. Our driver, Wasyim, was very polite and kind. The hotel's location is very strategic, you can walk to restaurants or souvenir shops. The hotel facilities are also complete and comfortable.

A lovely hostel located near downtown and Rainbow Street, with available parking. It is clean and quiet. I would like to thank the staff, especially the receptionist (whose name I unfortunately forgot), for the warm welcome.

The location was ideal for what we wanted - close to Rainbow Street, but not noisy. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff were great - even though our inbound flight was delayed so we didn’t get to the hotel until 4am, and then one evening we decided we’d like to go to the Dead Sea early the next morning. In no time at all a car was arranged plus access to a beach hotel for less than any of the scheduled trips we’d found online. And we got an early breakfast - Thank you!

The fish needs a name!!! Actually I loved everything, nothing to improve, the cat was cute and the fish fascinating.

So friendly and welcoming. Very considerate of my needs- being exhausted and first time in Jordan they were chatty and helpful and told me everything I needed to know in bite size chunks whilst also letting me check in quickly and straight to to bed😂. They also hooked me up with the best tour guide for the kings highway and read sea all the way to Petra . Al Naimat limousine : +962 7 9990 8889 💯 recommend. I had the best day.

The single beds could be more comfortable, otherwise everything was perfect.

The staff was always very friendly and super helpful, they helped us and gave us great recommendations. We booked a tour to the Dead Sea with them, and the driver was super friendly and taught us a lot about the local culture. The location is super central, but there is no noise from the city center.

I booked a triple room, they gave me a double room saying i paid for two people and the roome size was supposed to be the same it only had a 3rd bed. Before i left i saw one of the triple room and it was in fact bigger than the double room. They gave us free breakfast for our stay which i appreciate, but i would have prefered to not have been told the rooms where the same.

So... this isn't the hotels fault BUT definitely something which might be worth warning guests about.... we ordered a taxi from the hotel for an early morning pick-up. The car came and got us with no problems but 10 minutes before we got to the airport he veered off the highway and pulled up in front of some banged up buildings and said..... 'give me your passports'.... we had no idea what was going on and I'm not going to lie we were a little bit scared. This isn't my first time in Jordan and have never had this happen before. I questioned him why and he said something about the airport..... I asked him again because I hadn't needed to do this last time and he began to get aggressive which was just not ok. We did figure it out and they need the details to enter the airport as a kind of log but he was continuously rude and aggressive which was completely unnecessary. I feel like this could have been avoided if the hotel had let us know beforehand or if he had been a little more patient. We did learn later on from the hotel that this is almost always sorted before the driver picks you up. Lessons learnt all round but PLEASE let guests know beforehand - we almost had a heart attack :')
