Everything is perfect considering the money that you paying it’s great deal , the location is also perfect close to everything, the staff also very helpful and kind , I saw some bad reviews when I booked I was afraid from booking , but after I tried it , I can be sure that you would love the place and location

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The price was very affordable it is the best choice for budget-conscious travelers. The reception team was exceptionally helpful and friendly. One highlight was meeting many young, well-educated guests from other Arab countries and they are doing language courses and awaiting visa processes for European countries. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. Very central, with countless shops, cafes, and restaurants right at the doorstep.

Minor improvement suggestion: Cleaning details (e.g., bathroom corners).

The location was perfect—right in the heart of Amman with easy access to restaurants, shops, and major landmarks. The view from the room was stunning, offering a panoramic look over the city. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a restful night.

Jordan is a nice place to visit there are lots of activities around you'll never get bored I enjoyed every trip I had for 2 days yes I wish to go back again because I didn't finish my whole trip.

I booked a room with no prepayment and a cancellation time of 6pm, only to have my booking canceled at noon without any notice or contact. The receptionist, an unfriendly gamer type, didn’t bother greeting me and had a dismissive attitude, although he did offer the room at the same price off-booking.com. I accepted as delayed flight and tedious immigration made tired. The room itself was a disaster—dusty, rundown, and lacking basic amenities. There was a broken cupboard, dust everywhere, and the so-called "kitchen" was just a useless sink in the room. The bed seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and the room had no soundproofing, giving the whole place a gloomy atmosphere. The bathroom was even worse, with mold and clear signs of neglect, making it feel unhealthy for any extended stay. Aside from its decent location, there were no redeeming qualities. I found a far better place at the same price, with breakfast included, which this hotel doesn’t even offer. Checked out after one night as it was a blessing that he cancelled my longer stay so not stuck.

The room was very dirty, the staff weren't helpful. The bathroom was also unsanitary. I didn't even want to use the towels because they had a bad odour. I would like a refund
