The staff are extremely helpful and kind. I arrived early on a very hot day, and they went out of their way to let me into my room ahead of time, even though the hotel’s automated check-in system normally doesn’t allow it. Their efforts saved me a lot of trouble and made my stay much more comfortable. I truly appreciate their kindness.”
