The host was absolutely awesome and flexible with arranging time to meet and looking after our luggage while we climbed Mt Fuji and then again they were flexible when we needed to arrange pick up of luggage after climb. Location fantastic. Facilities fantastic. Would return here again and stay longer. Absolute value for money.”

    “Staff was really helpful, special touch to Saki at the reception that helped us retrieve my sister’s backpack as it was sent to another city by mistake, we thought it was lost, and yet she managed to get it back and fix all our issues! Many thanks! 😁🙏 The hotel was very clean and comfy, good location to move to town either by walk or taxi.”
