“Mama-san and Papa-san were perfect hosts and incredibly accommodating. We only stayed for one night traveling through, but it was well worth it. Our room was comfortable and the lodge had a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend getting the breakfast-super yummy! Thank you for making sure we got to our bus on time in the morning!”

“Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout my stay. When I asked for assistance, their attitude made it clear they were not interested in providing any support. Basic hospitality and courtesy were missing, which made the overall experience unpleasant. I would recommend this place based on the service I received, but the receptionist was uncooperative.”
