Staff were great, they very kindly assisted with my onward shipping of my suitcase The room itself was also reasonably spacious and I appreciated a usable desk. Would get crowded with 2 people for a longer stay like mine (4 nights)”

We had issues with our train to Sendai and the staff at Grandbach Hotel were very flexible and generous in helping us when we had issues during our travel. Concierge service was excellent.”
