No furnance for pizza

Nice decoration, even if rather neutral. No particular Japanese touch. Good location, but no view and limited day light. Various food and drinks (pizza, ramen,...) available upon arrival which is very convenient.

Absence of stairs between the Rooms level and the living room & Kitchen level. You have to use the public outside stairs. Not great at night and/or while dressed in night clothes

Very cool architecture interior and exterior - the supply of some food and drink was perfect for us!

6people with 1luggage each turns the „bedroom“ into a crowded area. Maybe it would help to replace the extra fridge with a shelf…

Location was great, both upper and lower floors were well laid out. Had water in the kitchen due to torrential rain and owner was responsive and tidied up quickly.

The instructions on where everything was and 2nd floor access being outside via public steps. It was raining while we were there so didn't help.

- nicely equipped - special design - well kept and cosy - suitable for young adults - suitable for ppl who are not driving - owner is quite responsive

- stairs is really “outside” the property, it’s common stairs, sharing with strangers using the same steps. U have to exit the level 1 property and open the door lock to go to the second floor. Not suitable for family with small kids. I was only using the bed level all the time. We didn’t really allow them to go down to use as we cannot monitor them - free car park lot is 15 min walk away. However, the entry road is too narrow for a 7 seater. We couldn’t use the free car park and needed to pay car park for both days which amount to 50 USD - the island doesn’t allow vehicle access from 10pm to 5am. Only bicycle and walking into the island is allowed through the night. - laundry area is a bit run down, n it’s outside the property, beside the common stairs. I thought I can do the laundry through the night like what I did in other villa, but it’s v dark & cold and I couldn’t really do much laundry.

This place has an excellent location within the island. I could reach most of the island's attractions in less than a ten-minute walk, it's also in a very quiet residential zone.

The bedroom had a series of "sleeping pods", each containing a futon. Unfortunately, they all had an unpleasant odor. We chose them randomly, so I wouldn't be surprised if most pods smelled like this. Additionally, the AC in the living room emanated an unpleasant odor while it was running. Considering the price of this room, a better experience should be expected.

We loved that it was a unique property and a new experience. It was Modern and clean living in the middle of the island and we loved living amongst the local people and cats. The sleeping situation was memorable and fun with all the sleeping pods. The kitchen was great and the kids loved playing wii. Very cool decorations and antiques.

We loved everything about the property and it made our trip to Japan really amazing!
