The place is almost like a walk-in hostel. Many people entering and exiting in the middle of the night. Poor amenities. Showering in winter was a struggle as the shower room is located outside the hostel with no ambient heaters.

Only recommended if you want to take a quick nap before you hit the road.

It is unmanned so you need to call them to get the details for entry, and for your bed numbers. If you don’t have a phone you’re not entirely screwed as the place isn’t actually locked and you can just walk in off the street. I think my photos showing what other guests think about the place speaks volumes.

Not clean, communication is terrible, don’t have a sign to say where is the property entrance, they give a email for contact but they don’t answer the emails, they ask what time you want to get in to leave your luggage but they are not there the place is closed until you do the check in and they give you the code from the door, the facilities are very small have all you need but they are never there to clean after people leave. A point positive the location is in the business area of Tokyo.

All.(i think they don't clean every day. I stayed 2 night from friday to sunday, some trash in the toilet and shower were not removed) Sleeping - bed and pillow were small and not comfortable. Air quality of room also was bad. There is no air-condition in the room. Washing - There was only 1 toilet for guys. It was small and dirty. There are two shower rooms for all visitors. They offered shampoo and bodysofe only. The hotel offered only one towel. If u stay over 2 days, u should use and keep that towl or tell staff earlier.

The garbage an dust everywhere. It seems like nobody ever come cleaning that place. The toilets were stinky and the sink was in the corridor, making it hard to use.

Cleanliness, the showers were sort of being dirty, almost unusable. The "kitchen" was filthy, and unusuable again not because you can not use it because you would not want to use it, there were roaches venom in spray to use ... in general if you could go the extra mile avoid it if you need something cheap close to the train station that can make late check ins well is there I guess, I use it I'm alive to tell you, but not recommended also you NEED TO CALL a Japanese number in order to get the code I don't understand why they don't just give it on the platform, I was lucky someone could do the call for me, but be ready to not being able to access for a while, after you send then a message or mail waiting for them to respond, I don't know how long would that be...

the is only one chair at one small desk. the air conditioning is very ineffective, maybe because it is summer but I was baking every night. you only get half of a flat pillow and the building itself is very small and cramped. the window side beds they show in the photos are only one third of them and probably for women only. the rest are in a small room behind them, with one window at the end, but not a lot of light gets in.

the blankets were of good quality and there is a small kitchen sort of area, but that’s about it.

The place is filthy. We didn't even get all the beds we booked. There is mold, bed bugs, dirt everywhere. Boogies on the walls. Almost no space for the luggages outside of the beds.

Warning to all travelers – Stay away! I’m honestly shocked at how shamelessly this hostel is run. It’s dirty, run-down, and absolutely nothing like what’s shown online. Every single negative review here is accurate – and I wish I had taken them more seriously. There were toenails on the floor, hair all over the sink, and even shaving hair scattered across the bathroom floor and sink. It was absolutely disgusting. On top of that, the washing machine or dryer was running past midnight, making it nearly impossible to get any sleep. The so-called “single room” was more like a storage closet – no window, barely any space to put down my bag, and with paper-thin walls, you can hear everything. It felt claustrophobic and uncomfortable from the start. For the price you pay, you don’t even get the bare minimum. It’s a complete rip-off. This place seems to be taking advantage of travelers who have no other choice – and that’s just sad and infuriating. Please, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This hostel isn’t accommodation – it’s a disgrace.
