The bedroom was a bit small and the bathroom was also small and a bit like a wet room in a caravan on a holiday park in the UK., but I do have to point out that for the cost of the stay, I was cdertainly not complaining.

The breakfast was as good as expected, but not exceptional, I don't much care for omelettes that are not cooked in the centre. Although dated and a bit tired, the hotel was never the less clean and comfortable, and at the budget price was excellent value for money.

Super close to Itami Airport and there's a Nakau within walking distance. The staff was super helpful even though I speak minimal Japanese. The hotel is a bit outdated but the bed is comfortable, and it comes with nice amenities such as a fridge, TV, toiletries, and some other stuff. Totally recommend. Decent budget option for those needing a place close to Itami.

Position of this hotel is superb, literally two steps from Itami airport. Staff was nice though the English was absolutely insufficient and we had to use a translator. Rooms are small, according the Japanese standard and the carpet was stained. Take this hotel only for the closeness to the airport

Whilst i booked a non-smoking room, smelt like it was previously used as a smoking room. View was less than exciting - back of a billboard.

Location was perfect for an overnight and quick transfer for early flight. Facilities were adequate - e.g private shower, a/c, reasonable size for Japan based motels. Hotel ran regular shuttle service to airport.

Even though it was an only short walk to the airport , the staff offered a shuttle bus because it was a very hot day . The bed was very comfortable , the room is good value for the price and the staff is friendly . The room was very quiet even though it's so close to the airport .

Room was very unclean. They charged the money upfront before I was able to see the condition of the room. Dust everywhere, the bedding made me and my husband itchy, mold the bathroom.

The stay was good and the price per night was what we liked most. The location found the hotel to be somewhat hidden and the taxi driver was also surprised to know that the hotel was there. The room was clean. I've been to several hotels around the world and the hotel lacked something different. Maybe something to enjoy in the room, a cookie or something similar as a courtesy. Normally in the hotels where I stayed, the minibar has things to eat and drink where what is consumed is charged separately in my minibar there was only a bottle of water. I don't mind paying the extra but I like the convenience of having something there. But the hotel is good and I would go back again when possible. Another thing that pleased and surprised me was that there was no charge at the time of booking with the credit card and the trust of paying by hand. Thank you for your trust. It’s very dated with some staining in the bathroom. There were two pillows, one was double sided so technically 3 pillows, and all 3 were equally uncomfortable. Some hotels that allow smoking don’t smell too heavily of smoke, this one did. It was very heavy and my suitcase still smells like smoke. Luckily I had some aroma oil on me to help clear up some of it.

The staff was phenomenal! They were so warm and friendly as I was coming in.
