Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ThailandPlease insert a notice to tell guests to turn on fridge when they check in.
Clean room, nice staff, bathroom had plenty of storage. Bedroom was well designed so that it could fit 4 guests. Very near restaurants, convenience stores, drugstores, other shops.

CanadaThere is carpet in the halls and rooms which with the humidity gives a smell.
The location is great, right on Kokusai street if you want to be in the heart of the action. Many bars, stores and restaurants around. Short drive to Naminoue Shrine and beach. I was worried that the noise and lights outside would bother us, but it wasn't the case. I didnt realise the bathrooms and showers were not in each room, but we got used to it and it was fine! Showers and bathroom are very clean. The staff is very polite and helpful!

Hong KongPrivate bedroom without toilet and shower, All toilets and showers are located outside the room, which is not so convenient if you book a private room. Breakfasts are the same , it’s okay for 2-3 days of stay,.
Quite comfortable , relax area with good view of kokusai street , location very near station and it’s easy to go along kokusai street with many shops and restaurants

South KoreaI always stay here when I need to go to Naha. Reasonable price, good location, nice staff. They really try to keep their place nice and clean. I think we, guests need to care as well. : ) (I never had a problem with the hotel or staff but sometimes there were not very nice guests ignoring rules :( ) The walls are thin so you need to be quiet in a room but there are enough common spaces so that’s no problem at all. Please respect the hotel’s rules for everybody! Then you’d enjoy your stay here! :)

JapanI've been made aware that Okinawa does not feature as many air conditioners compared to mainland Japan, so in my room you cannot regulate the temperature. That said it was fine in January. Trying to sleep early might be a bit hard; room was facing Kokusai Dori so you'll hear all the shop noise until they close for the night.
Amazing location, right in the Kokusai Dori. I liked the free hibiscus tea at reception. The breakfast was mediocre but can't complain about the price.

SloveniaThe doors!! Doors are too loud, guests do not closed the door quietly gently, so often you get wake up because of noisy doors, specially if the room is close to shower and toilets! Too noise all evenig and all mornin, hard to sleep even with earplugs, maybe put some noise defenders on every door.
Everything was great!!! Location, personal, comfy bed, tasty breakfast!!

ThailandNot that noisy but you can hear sound from the corridor or the next room.
Very close to the monorail station, the bis stop and Kokusai street, so it's very convenient to travel around Naha city. All staffs were so nice. I traveled alone and I found that this place's very valuable and safe to stay.

AustraliaIt was quite noisy and some alarms went off during the night. I thought we must be getting evacuated so didn't have a very restful night.
The staff when I checked in were really nice and even upgraded my room! The breakfast was great and the location on the main shopping street was convenient. Facilities were very clean.

SingaporeMy room faced the street, which was nice, but also meant that there was some street noise. The walls can be a bit thin and the sound of my neighbour's door opening and closing late at night woke me up. The toilets also tended to have a slight smell (not a big deal, it's as if someone had done a big one in the toilet 15 minutes before) - not because they were not clean, and not because there was no ventilation, but possibly because of the plumbing. There are no fridges but they provide freezer bins with reusable ice packs and insulated bags, though the bags are not always there and so people end up placing their items into the bins even though one isn't supposed to. One thing to note is that it can be pretty hard during morning rush hour to get onto the train headed to the airport at Makishi monorail station (esp with luggage), as it is packed with workers who all get off at the Prefectural Office station further down. Good to cater enough time to miss a few trains if one's trip to the airport on the monorail coincides with peak hour.
Location is right on Kokusai dori, near the Makishi monorail station. Easy to locate as you can see the top of the building from the station. It is also near the alley with the food court and izakayas, and quite near Makishi market. I really liked the common areas in the hostel - the spacious lounge (turns into the breakfast area in the morning) with some seats facing out the windows, perfect for watching the busy street below; and the smaller quiet lounge areas on each floor also with seats facing out the windows. The room is small but clean enough, same for the toilets/showers/sinks. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided, as are bath and face towels. The room doesn't feel stuffy, and a mini fan is provided to help further circulate the air. The staff are friendly, especially the Nepalese guy! Breakfast is simple but good enough - the fact that such a breakfast is included in the price is quite amazing. Coffee and cold jasmine tea and hibiscus tea are available throughout the day. This place was perfect for the last days of my trip before flying home as I had the privacy to spread my things out on the floor and pack my luggage, and the hostel also provides a luggage weighing scale at the second floor lounge area.

United StatesAlthough it’s not the hotel’s fault, the people next door were rude and loud getting back to their rooms at 4:00 in the morning drunk, loud and obnoxious… even though the room is for 2 people there were 3 people staying there. Two different people knocked on their door to ask them to keep the noise down but they just laughed it off. Also, earlier in the evening the fire alarm went off twice. I don’t know if it was a prank but again, it waked us up in the middle of the night. We wouldn’t recommend staying here.
Good value for your money. Staff was nice and friendly.
