Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyThe room was great for a family of 5 with a great location. The staff was super helpful; we ran into delays on our arrival and arrived really late at night, but after a quick phone call they were able to check us in and get us all of the information we needed to be able to get in to our room.

United StatesLocation: Although easy enough to get places (especially if Akihabra is one of your destinations) it felt more residential and we had long walks and subway rides to get where we needed to go. But Tokyo is so easy to navigate that this was not much of a deterrent. The hotel was directly next to the train line but the sound was not bothersome at all (maybe because we slept so hard after a lot of walking in high heat!).
This room was great! Such great use of a small space. Even though we're a family of 4, (with two teens), we did not feel cramped at all. The floor level beds were both Queen beds, the only we experienced in our 4 different stays in Japan) and there were 2 upper bunks, so it would have potentially slept 6 people. Staff: We did not have much experience with any staff, the check-in was electronic, although there was an assistant there to help with passport scanning. I'd fully recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Tokyo. We stayed in a Mimaru in Sinjuku, as well, and although I liked that location better, I liked the rooms at All in One better.

United StatesWas a long walk (in the July heat) to the major subway stations, minus the JR chuo. The subway is pretty loud so bring a white noise machine and earplugs.
Very clean and comfortable, everything as listed!

United StatesOnly complaints were minor. The projector didn't work, but we never needed to use it anyways. And I didn't even mention it to the staff since we didn't think it was a big deal. Maybe a suggestion with the steps on the ladder for the bunk bed. To possibly put some kind of grip so they're not slippery. You have be extra careful going up and down.
For a family of 5, this was great. It had everything we needed to feel like we were at home. And considering 3 of our family members were 3 big guys (5'10, 6'3, 6'5), it worked out well. The amenities were great, appreciated the laundry and garbage pick up daily. Plus the slippers were very thoughtful. The location was great. It was just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city, but around the corner from the convenience stores, spots to eat, laundry mat, the train walking distance minutes away (although the track were right across the street, which was fine, not noisy like you'd think a train would be), walking distance from Akihabara. The staff was amazing! Responded promptly, and gave us everything we needed. Even gave us some dessert one evening!

The property is lovely and spacious. It’s a luxury to stay in a big place in Tokyo. Asakusabashi station is within walking distance. This was a big advantage. Also there are good restaurants close by.
