The staff is really really helpful, sincere. The place is well maintained, clean. WiFi, etc. Everything you would need I highly recommend.

The staff was incredible! Super helpful and nice and the breakfasts were delicious and amazing! We had such a lovely stay. It was great getting to know them all and they spoke English which was super helpful. Gave us all the good tips to get around the mountain and great recommendations on restaurants.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. But if there was anything that could improve it is that it would be nice to have a small chest of draws in the rooms for underwear etc. but there was plenty of hanging space a a large shelf. To store clothes and bags.

Just got back from a lovely stay in this delightful lodge. Great value, super friendly and helpful staff, warm and comfortable rooms, exceptionally clean, great breakfast with lots of choices. Only five minutes from lift and well heated entrance to leave boots and skis overnight. I had been worried about the shared bathrooms, but I didn’t need to be. They were clean and modern and never had to wait to use them. Our room was basic but spacious with very comfortable beds and . Had a lovely white cotton bedding and towels. Excellent WiFi too. This place was a little gem of a find, my daughter and I had a lovely stay. Thank you guys!

What a magnificent team on board - Kyle & Lara, Shion & Miku, & Jake - all genuinely welcoming & helpful & brimming with enthusiasm, accommodating every guest’s various needs & concerns seemingly effortlessly - ensuring a perfect stay. The rooms are warm & comfy, showers always hot, breakfast freshly cooked, fireplace nicely stoked & a lovely soundtrack playing in the background. The location is perfect - just a short stroll up the road to lifts and buses.

even digging really deep, i can't say that i have any negatives about the lodge other than it looks like either i am unable to book for next season yet or it's all sold out. kinda want to gatekeep but i would definitely stay here again my next trip out and try to hit moiwa.

super close to annupuri ski area and having a hearty western breakfast prepared for you every morning was legit. the staff is also super chill and very helpful. i was limping around and one of the managers lent me an ankle brace which pretty much saved my trip to niseko.

I hit my head like 3x over the week we were there because the doorways are not made for people that are super tall(190cm). Pretty common in Japan so you’d think I would have gotten the hang of it but nope

The main wash basins had separate hot & cold taps which meant if you used the cold tap it was freezing cold. Mixer taps would have been nice.

The staff were so friendly & helpful & made the trip extra special. Breakfast was great - filling & delicious with lots of options. Great location with an easy walk to ski lifts.

The staff was the nicest and most welcoming I’ve ever experienced! You feel like family while there and it’s easy to meet other guests in the common area. The daily breakfast is very hearty and they make as much as you can eat. The location is also great and right next to the lifts

Not much! If is a little far away from grocery stores and the like, but the staff does a great job of keeping the lodge well supplied. The lack of these facilities also mean less of the noisy tourism, which can be seen as a bonus.

Incredible location — walking distance to the Annupuri gondola. The staff are also all incredible. Miku, Shion, Kyle, Lara (and the remaining staff whose names escape me — sorry) — were all so friendly and helpful, and made me feel welcomed.

Our stay here was the highlight of our trip. The lodge was in the best location just a short 200m walk to the main slope, clip in and right at the lift entrance. We booked a room for 2. The room was a big size, especially compared to some hotels we had stayed in earlier in our trip. Breakfast was eggs, bacon, toast, ham or cereal. There was always more than enough for guest to eat in the morning, which was the best way to start. Kyle and Lara were very helpful - with the advice they gave and sorting out hire snowboard and boots to get delivered to the lodge. They were so welcoming and made us feel so comfortable. The shared bathrooms were kept clean and the host were all super friendly and helpful. The dining space and living area was a lovely spot to just relax and wind down. There was a fridge where we could keep snacks and food and drinks. Highly recommend staying here. Great value as well.

Fantastic lodge just a few minutes walk from the Annupuri Gondola! Super friendly staff who picked us up from the bus stop, helped us out with recommendations and we even went snowboarding to a few secret spots with them - really great experience!

Very convenient location, just about 5 mins walk to the lift, with some restaurant options nearby. The common area has a cozy vibe, sitting next to the fireplace, and enjoying our breakfast while looking at the snow is one of our favorite things. The staff are all very friendly. The shared-bathrooms and showers are always clean, highly recommend to stay here for your ski vacation at annupuri.

Not them per se; but there's limiited food options in the area. Unless you have your own car, you can go to the city center.

Lara and her team are helpful and accommodating. There's warmth in the house, and we felt it the moment we stepped in to their lodge.

The location was amazing and the staff were all super friendly and accommodating. We were a bit cold the first day and as soon as we messaged they turned the heat up in our room which we really appreciated. The mountain was so close it only took a few minutes to walk to the lifts and when we first arrived we were picked up which was great since we arrived with a giant suitcase. We would definitely come back!
