Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Hong KongI was looking forward to try the welcome drink but it was not offered. As I don’t speak Japanese, may be thats the reason. Will be better ask next time.
Good community space, shared office, clean kitchen and powder rooms. Guests respect each others. Free laundry is a bonus, thank you. Check in easy, staff even came out the building while I was wounded if it is the right guest house for me. Room is spacious and got the towel as free gift. Will definitely come back.

Very warm welcome and friendly staff. Everything is clean and proper for hostel stay. The breakfast is good. Homemade bagel was superb. They have shared kitchen too.

Love the decors, very thoughtful in providing toiletries, etc .. a nice touch to let us keep the small towel. Also the welcome drink was lovely. Reception was excellent, very helpful and friendly.
