The toilet in my room continued to flush without stopping. I had to carefully adjust the handle several times to stop it.

It was very reasonable. The room was very clean and there was an onsen.

No cafes close by for a quick breakfast so need to walk almost to the station,about 15 minutes away. The set temperature in the rooms was too hot-- not personally controlled for temperature so I turned it off. Cannot open windows for air. Tight tiny room,but that is to be expected in Japan.

Easy to check-in. Helpful staff. Plenty of amenities, and a comfy bed and pillows.

The rooms are very small. It didn't matter too much for us as we were out all the time but the small double was similar to the size of a room in central Tokyo rather than provincial Fukui. It is also a bit of a walk from the station.

Clean room and a nice public bath in the hotel, useful to have a microwave downstairs.

I wish the laundry facilities were openly available instead of customers having to go into the sauna and hot springs area to access them. I wish the room temperature could have been adjusted as the night was cold (10 C) but the next day it was warm (28 C). An air cleaner in the room would have been helpful. I would have appreciated a bottle of water on the second day of my stay.

The staff were polite and helpful with signing documents required for business and calling taxis. The room appeared to have been recently renovated and was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was filling. I was able to watch one movie for free. Most amenities in the room were adequate.

All the surrounding buildings seem to be full of bars and I felt conspicuous as a single woman walking at night but it was pretty quiet. The room has only paper cups.

The room was comfortable, and the hotel was walkable from the station but also near the river area with lovely cherry trees. Very comfortable bed. Nice free hot spring and sauna.

There is a good public bath, armchairs to relax, and the size of the room was just enough. It is not near the station, but not too far, so it was not a problem to walk there. Although the area is a bit noisy, the hotel is quiet, so we could rest with no issue. There are many services. The breakfast was good.

I unfortunately had to stay in a smoking room because I booked late for the conference (my fault). But the smoking room was well ventilated and didn't make me or my clothes smell during the weekend or after leaving the hotel, which was very nice and a testament to the staff's attention to cleanliness.

Clean and easy to check in and check out. I was in town for a conference. APA staff made my stay comfortable and smooth. I also made use of the public bath. It was nice, but surprisingly somewhat crowded, even up until midnight close.

With the snowfall it was a little difficult to navigate the entering and exiting of the hotel as the driveway had sprinklers on the floor that were spraying pretty high, so my pants got a bit wet..

Conveniently located near good restaurants and bars. Bed was comfortable and shower had consistent hot water which was very important in the winter!

Getting 2 sets of new towels and bathrobes every day to each room, even if only one person was staying there. And everything was wrapped individually in plastic. They said they had reduced room size to help the environment, but there was no clear way to request fewer new towels and robes every day

The staff were very friendly and helpful with things like lost room keys, sending luggage to the airport and so on. The rooms were a little small, but good and clean and with a nice presentation. Be careful about stepping up into the bathroom!

Every day, new towels and robes were dropped off to each room. This was more than we needed. it would have been nice to have an option to say it was not necessary. In fact, we only had one person staying in each room, but each room got 2 sets of towels and robes each day. And they were all wrapped individually in plastic.

The price was great, the room was very nice and it was in a great location. The staff were extremely helpful with everything and helped us with an extended stay and sending our luggage ahead to the airport.
