I know hotel rooms in Japan are tiny, but this was microscopic. Hardly any room to move. Bed and desk and that’s all. Twenty minute walk from the train station is fine but if you want to take the bus, the service is sporadic.

The breakfast was really extensive and good. There were also drink and snack hours throughout the day. The spa was so so. I love heat and the dry sauna was unbearable. They also had three pools, one hot too cold. I did enjoy the hot one. Overall, the spa was subpar compared to other hotels with spas I have stayed at in Japan

The location leaves a lot to be desired because the transport links to that part of town are not very good. we walked 30 minutes from the station and that was after doing the whole alpine tour so we were very tired haha

The facilities provided are excellent, they provide clothing for the onsen facilities (i think it was a yukata, cant remember). Everything is clean and the staff are very nice and helpful. Very much appreciated the lounge access in the evening and the breakfast is pretty good. There is a 7/11 right outside and it's not far from other convenience stores.

We could hear the people next door coughing and talking. No elevators in the car park was an issue for me as I am recovering from surgery and can’t do stairs.

Breakfast had many choices. Happy hour (which actually was longer than an hour) 😃 was a bonus after a long day of sight seeing. Location was great and parking was easy.

Value for money, curry, drinks, snacks , batha and sauna, they gave me 2 tattoo stickers for the bathroom and sauna. Room was small but so comfy with free movies.

It was a rainy night when I stayed there and I found that the closest restaurant was 30+ min away on foot. Even the information provided by the hotel told us to use the 7-11 next door or a supermarket nearby for our evening meals. There are microwave ovens you can make use of on several floors. My biggest disappointment was that there's no elevator in the multi-storey car park attached to the hotel. I had to lug my heavy suitcase down some metal stairs to the hotel lobby one floor below. When I checked out, I made sure they kept my suitcase while I fetched my car and drove it down to the entrance of the hotel to load it into the boot!

Breakfast was good. Plenty to choose from and the food was tasty. Staff were helpful. The chap who checked me in spoke perfect English. The hotel looks new and provides everything you can think of. The room was clean and comfortable. Laundry is is on the house. You only pay for drying.

The location is about a 30-minute walk from the train station, and in an area with few restaurants. The view of the mountains on one side of the hotel is partially blocked by an ugly apartment building.

Although the economy room is small, the bed and duvet were very comfortable, and there is a round bathtub. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, such as hot baths with sauna and relaxing room with massage chairs, and a free laundry service (100 yen for dryers). The breakfast selection of Japanese and Western foods was excellent and free gin and vodka (100 yen for local sake) along with a good selection of hot drinks from the machine.

Location is slightly inconvenient (not near to central but there is a convenience store right next door) if you don't have a car, but perfect location with a car.

The rooms were very clean and quiet and had all the essentials,. On site parking is free and convenient, though the lots were a little narrow.

Only the breakfast time. 9.30 was bit early morning for foreigners due to jetlag. I had to put alarm so that I will not miss breakfast. Even I missed breakfast twice😀
