Rooms are very small even by Japanese standards - it's not comfortable for two adults and a suitcase to be there more than one night, especially considering it's not the cheapest hotel. One adult the room is ideal.

Easy walk to main line and subway for access to central Yokohama and direct to Tokyo. Nice onsen.

Becoming a fan of the APA hotels. Typical business size room that had a nice softer bed and even two pillows. Easy walking distance to almost anywhere. Breakfast was pretty good (Japanese style) . I would recommend!!

The initial room I got was smelling of ciggaretes even though I ordered a non-smoking room. Luckily within 20 minutes I got a new room that was great.

The room was really good, great location and value. Nice staff, quick check in and check out process.

Check in machines in front of the check in counter are pointless. They don't work properly and there's still an abundance of staff seemingly there to help you anyway. Meeting someone to help you check in is a far better customer experience.

Good location and as expected very clean and comfortable. Being able to stream devices to the TV is a great idea if you're not keen on Japanese TV and extreme closeups of delicious looking food.

Hotel was well located, so it was a short walk to most of the sights. It was also located quite centrally for easy access to most train lines. The room was tight but comfortable. The onsen works well after a long day out.

I asked for phone charger, they said don’t have and asked me to buy from outside shops. It’s really annoying, in other hotels, they provided different kind of cable for all rooms. I thought APA also would do the same, but NOT. This is terrible, then I went out and bought a new one, which is not good for the hotel.

The hotel has a public bath on the top floor which has an open air bath. The location is a few minutes walk from Kannai train station and easy access to tourist spots.

It took a while for the staff to understand there was no internet in the room, and I was handed a cable that doesn't fit modern laptops—they finally decided to reset the Wi-Fi. The bed sags in the middle, but it is comfortable enough.

The location is in the heart of Kannai, so it is close to all the attractions and the train station. On the top floor is a public bath, which also has an open-air bath. The rooms are fairly soundproof unlike other hotels.

My room was so noisy at night but I'm not a light sleeper so I was able to sleep through it. There were three different kinds of noise in the room: one from the AC, one from the mini-fridge (you could turn this off) and one from within the walls??? I imagine this is just the plumbing but my goodness was this LOUD.

Room was clean and sufficiently spacious for one person. There was housekeeping every day, and a konbini on the ground floor. The heating and provided amenities were adequate. I liked the soap haha

i dont think the money changing machine in the lobby actually works. in any case the rates are awful, so I suppose it's for the best...

clean toilet, comfortable room with thoughtfully designed amenities (eg a small, inconspicuous niche next to the bed where u can put the phone after bedtime scrolling!). surprised that a yukata was also provided, and that guests could use the bath for free. location was also very conveniently situated near the train station, with lots of grocery stores and konbinis nearby. check in and check out was very swift and efficient.
