The walls and ceiling were paper thin, so we could hear people hanging out on the roof well into the night. The curtains were helpful but it was still pretty light in the apartment at night. The washing machine smelled musty, which made the whole apartment smell a bit like that as well.

The property was easy to access, clean, and close to lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and the beach. It was also an easy walk across the bridge to Enoshima Island to see the shrine and light house. The beds were on the softer side and the apartment was relatively spacious, especially for rentals in Japan.

The bed was very uncomfortable but the amenities and location make up for the bed.

The property is located close to the beach and easy access to the train station.

when we arrived at the place, I was a bit disappointed to see a lot of dust on the floor, hair scattered especially in the toilet area… and when I try to put my things on the table, I was surprised that there were food stain marks which has not yet been wipe or clean… due to covid i'm a little worried about hygiene..

Great access to Train Station.. Local trains and Romance Car (Special Express) , lots of restaurant nearby and Convenient Stores..

Expensive cleaning fee for only staying one night (nearly as much as one night rental fee). Charge for early checkin when the room was available and ready.

Excellent location, close to Enoshima island, the beach, and the train station. Comfortable beds, clean apartment, rooftop terrace. Easy to check in and responsive communication. Allowed us to drop our bags off before check-in.

I have stayed at other locations in this area that were more value for money spent. I guess you pay for the location but it was a bit steep I thought for the facilities in the room.

The location was absolutely wonderful! Could easily walk around the area and really enjoyed the close access to everything.

Receive additional Jpn 5500 when I transfer payment (but not wrote in the payment description before I decided to book this room !!!!!!!!!!) No answer when i arrive for over 40 minutes Need me to input everything including passport scanning ( you can request before people decided to book hotel , but i dont see you wrote any precription / explanation on the booking.com )

Once we looked at our bed it became clear that the bedding was NOT changed and still the old bedding from the guest before! It did not even closely smell like it was washed and there were several stains and one smelled strongly like feces. It was extremely disgusting. We contacted the owner and they said there was fresh bedding in the closet. However, that bedding was obviously used as well as it also had stains and did not smell washed at all. We did not get any fresh bedding that night because „everything was booked“. I think when you are conducting such an establishment it is your responsibility to deliver fresh linen in such a situation and not let your guests sleep in feces-stained bedding. However, the person in charge did not offer any help that night, which was extremely disappointing. It was a VERY unpleasant and disgusting night.

Initially, the room looked very nice and like it has everything you need.

Firstly, we booked 2 rooms while when we arrived, we only saw one key. We hAD to make a phone call at midnight to ask for another room. Secondly, the room was not clean enough, there are used chopsticks left in the fridge and use towels in the wardrobe. Bad experience

No parking available except for paid parking. It’s hard to find the location. There’s no toothbrush or any personal hygiene. the price is too expensive in that location the road is very difficult to drive. We won’t be coming back

The listing mentioned "24 hour desk", but there was nobody. We needed to communicate by email since we do not speak Japanese, and it took a while to get replies. To be fair to the host, they did provide all the requested information, but communications could have been clearer for both issues (key pickup and turning on hot water). I also think hot water should be turned on by default in advance of the guest's arrival.
