Located near Fujisawa station, it was a great base to stay to explore the surrounding areas such as Enoshima, Kamakura and further day trips like the Izu peninsula and Hakone. The room is relatively small but well equipped and clean, and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Great location. Close to the train stations, many tourist destinations and restaurants, etc. The rooms are small but well arranged and was comfortable for solo traveller. Staff were very helpful and efficient.

Great location, Fujisawa just few walks away. Hotel also provides lounge service from 3pm to 9pm for us to get some drinks. There are restaurants around the area. Stayed for 2 nights there to visit Kamakura.

Perfect location, just a short walk to the train station. Helpful and friendly hotel staffs. I'll definitely choose this same hotel if I hv an opportunity to come back for holiday again.

The hotel is either new or renovated, and very clean. Good location if you need to stay close by Fujisawa station. Room size is ok for a solo traveler. Comfortable bed.

Unfortunately the shower drain was not clean when we arrived so the shower and bath did not drain, the fixed this as soon as possible.

The staff were very kind and helpful, they helped us a lot with storing our luggage and sending through yamato transport to our next accomodation.

This hotel was close to JR Fujisawa Station, so it was a very convenient place for an overnight stay. Staff were professional and made checking in swift, they would probably be very helpful to foreigners checking in. But, I spoke in Japanese the whole trip, so I could only speculate. Thanks to its convenient location, I was able to stage an early morning Enoshima visit because the transit access was just across the street.

The air-conditioning unit was weak even at maximum fan speed. The room so small that the tables provided are smaller than a 16-inch laptop. Obtaining drinking water was a nightmare. There was no water dispenser for water bottles. The water from the cold-sourced pipe from the bathroom has some sediments in it and should not be portable. I was forced to obtain water slowly from a tea dispenser in the lounge, which could not fit a small water bottle as it was meant for filling small drinking cups.

The room and the bathroom are clean, and air-purifier with humidifier was provided. Coin-laundry is available and convenient. Breakfast, though limited in variety, was sufficient and delicious. Conveniently close to the train station.

Excellent hotel close to the train station, Fujusawa. The hotel staff is very friendly and always helpful. The building is quite new, so the rooms maintenance is perfect!

The room is very small comparing your others we stayed in Japan. The TV only has Japanese channels which might be pretty standard for most Japanese hotels

Very helpful staff. We arrived before official check-in time and left the luggage at the reception. Upon return they have already placed the luggage in the room. The receptionist was helpful in checking for our onward journey plan when we checked out. The hotel is very close to Fujisawa station which is ideal for tours in surrounding areas. Breakfast is good.
