Breakfast wasn't the best....but it was average. Wish the dryer in the coin laundry was stronger. Had to dry my clothes for over 90 minutes and they still didnt dry before it was time for us to leave for our flight.

Loved the spacious room especially for the price. Loved the decor and the AC. Loved that they had a coin laundry and iron in the room.

Very practical accommodation if you plan to travel by Shinkansen towards Osaka or Shizuoka. The hotel is located directly above the train station, with a convenient shuttle bus connection from Haneda Airport. It offers fast and easy access to Tokyo, and with a JR Pass, train rides are free of charge. The laundry service was very helpful, and as a bonus, hotel lounge access was included. Uniqlo and many other shops are just a few floors below in the same building, making shopping and dining extremely convenient. A great place to stay both after arriving in Japan or before your departure.

my room stank of "old salary man" when I entered the room and without windows opening, I had to spray a lot of local fabric spray to kind of remove as much as I could of the stench. other than that all good!

very well located, with lots of good equipement and great voltage for electronics charge (there were both a hair dryer and starightener in the bathroom, along with special hair care produits + great amenities. the breakfast was ok with a varied choice of Japanese and Western food. great restaurants choice in the same building + the hotel was giving coupons for purchases and restaurants dealer.

Good room size, clean and in good condition. Right above Shinkansen station, 17 min from Tokyo station and close to Yokohama too. Gym was enough for a quick workout too.

We were 2 individuals that arrived at different times. Since my flight arrived later, I checked in later. The staff member who checked me in did not provide the standard required information about the hotel. They assumed that I would get the information from the guest who checked in first.

The look and feel of the hotel from the lobby and throughout the hotel. It is esthetically pleasing. The location was ideal. Easy access to the train station and to shops that are in the same building on different floors.

If you are wanting to tour Yokohama and not just stopover it is a bit far - 35-40 min train ride to the popular areas. And multiple lines so trips cost around 500 yen each way. But if you want something close to Shinkansen it is great.

Rooms were spacious by Japan standards. Beds reasonably comfortable. Location was convenient to Shinkansen and train lines with shopping and restaurants onsite.

No water bottles offered, but water machine located near laundry machines. Huge 60’ beautiful TV with loudest remote control buttons. C’mon Panasonic. Fitness center is 1 bike, 2 treadmills and another one. Bench with some weights, very minimal, but good view. Everything is in this building. Top floor is hotel and JR is 2nd.
