We didn't notice the measurements and the apartment is a lot smaller than the photographs lead you to believe. Also, the on-site parking has to be pre-booked.

Guesthouse Life Field was a simple yet clean and comfortable accommodation. It's super easy to find and also within walking distance of just about everything you would need to buy or want to see. For example, the train station, touristy area, convenience stores, and Mitsui Outlet Park are all essentially right there. We randomly met the property manager on the day we were leaving and she was very friendly. We only spent one night at the guesthouse so we didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed quite well-equipped for longer stays. Furthermore, the Wifi worked perfectly and we got a good night's sleep. We would definitely stay there again!

The kitchen was a bit short for a 6'-3" American, but that's part of being in Japan. It is a struggle to find something to complain about.

The room was clean and comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and had easy access to the train and bus station.

The double bed was a little small for 2 person, but the Futon came in handy for us to have extra bed space!

Location was great as it was right next to Mitsui Outlet which is connected to Ario Mall and the train station. The apartment was fairly comfortable and clean, good enough for a couple of nights.

Such a sweet, tiny place. Super clean and well-decorated. Simple and well-appointed. Great location - 10-15 minute walk to the train station/outlet mall and a few more minutes to the Bikan historical quarter. Just loved our stay and loved the art box!!

I find it quite risky to write the PIN code in the note and stick it on the Lock. Please be careful ! We don't know what people are capable of these days.

It was very convenient. I received an email for the PIN code for the room Lock. Aya san left a note on the Lock where the room key was kept. She made sure to write my name on the note. So, I was confident that the room was the one that I booked.

Next to busy road and road noise. Curtains not completely dark.

We stayed in the familiy room (2 ppl). Good location next to shopping malls and station. Good equipped kitchen. We could easily do laundry. Additional face products provided. Flexible check in. Clean.

Communication with Aya was really fast and nice. All instructions were clear, the washing machine and dryer were superb. Location is opposite of a mall with a food court. During opening hours you can walk from the trainstation through the mall, cross the street and you're at the Guesthouse.

The property was located close to the station, it also came equipped with all utility’s you would need for your stay. The buildings and rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, another bonus was that we felt very safe in the location.

We were warned about the room size - it's fine for Japan but just expect the size of a hotel room plus just enough space for cooking facilities. For 3 sleeping was fine but I think 4 adults would be too much of a squash really.

Spotless Japanese apartment with great facilities. The washer dryer is very good and hobs + microwave with grill and oven - our stay was very comfortable. Location is great for the station and mall, and bikan district isn't that far either.

The second bed was a futon which we couldn’t fold out as the room space was quite tight, but still managed to sleep on it unfolded. Toilet was unfortunately not the typical automated Japanese toilet, was a normal toilet without any functions.

Great location just opposite the premium outlets. Loved that the apartment had everything we needed, including cooking utensils and fully equipped washer-dryer. The host was also very kind and helpful in receiving our luggage delivered before we checked in.

Appartment was quite cold unfortunately. Its likely due to the cold weather outside, the heater was not working properly. Unfortunately this made it hard to sleep with the cold.

Cute little apartment with everything you need to stay for a few weeks. All cooking utensils are provided. Washing machine in-house, along with washing powder and even softener. The owner was very helpful and polite.

Aya-san is a mindful host. The apartment is fully equipped and well located. Everything in the flat is translated in english so guests do not have to worry about that. The kotatsu is a real plus.

Clean and cozy but lighting is kind of dark, in the day you can open the curtain to brighten the room. Didn’t expect the rather high step up to toilet and bathroom which would not be very convenient for people with mobility issues. If you are on the first level, there’s also a very high step into the apartment. Host is very kind and helpful! Small kitchen has everything needed:)

The host Aya was super sweet and even provided welcome gifts of caramels! The location is so nice close to a large shopping center and the room was a good size foe a couple with suitcases! The bed was comfy and the room was clean when we entered! Definitely reccomend this stay if your coming to Okayama
