It was inconvenient at times to have to share a shower with everyone else in the accommodation. It would be nice to have some chairs or a small couch in the Japanese style rooms as well.

Appreciated that there was a washing machine and some racks to dry your washing. The communal area was nice and spacious and the seats were nice to relax in.

I don't have any complaints about this place. However, the price was a bit high. Internet speed also fluctuated sometimes during my stay, which I didn't like.

I stayed here during the winter of 2025. It is a nice place to stay. Everything was clean and nice. About 2-3 min walk from the nearest train and bus stop. The location is really great. Easy to locate. There is a convenience store next to this place.

First floor rooms are right by the kitchenette / lounge and are noisy when other guests are active. Although there are signs to be quiet in the lounge area, it depends on who you encounter during your stay if they're sensitive enough to be quiet with the dishes, cooking, etc.

Clean and comfortable room, includes parking right next to the building (further, at the station, in the winter due to snow, apparently), includes a kitchenette and lounge area. 7-11 around the corner. Self check in and self checkout are simple and instructions are clear.

Probably the nicest "share house" I've seen! Clearly, they have given a lot of thought into the interior and colour scheme which gave a super cozy vibe where you immediately felt comfortable. Everything from bathrooms to showroom to every single item in the kitchen was super, super clean! Our room was very spacious and light which we really enjoyed. Comfy beds and FREE parking just around the building, and there are loads of restaurants as well as the station in walking distance. Staff were quick to answer our messages and instructions were clear. We really enjoyed staying here!

- The entire house has only one bathroom, and there is almost no area prepared for changing clothes (a water heater is installed), so the overall experience is very poor. - The stairs and corridors are extremely narrow, about 70-80 cm wide, which is tight for even one person to walk, and it is very inconvenient and potential dangerous to carry luggage up and down the stairs. - Room 6 has a very strong smell, and ventilating by opening the window does not help. It is unclear whether the smell is from insecticide spray or from new renovations.

- If you visit Biei via JR train or bicyle, the location is good. - 711 in 150m range.

I love how spacious the Queen room is. Very clean and all basic amenities are available. Also love how minimalist the whole design of the guesthouse is. Very homelt and welcoming. Located within driving distance to Asahikawa and Furano, I love the location.
