Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

ChinaDue to an error in Google Maps' vehicle information, we found out there were no cars available to return to the hotel. We faced a 3-hour walk from Asama Shrine to Shiraito Park, mostly uphill with barely any streetlights. Just when we were on the verge of breaking down and feeling helpless, the host kindly drove to pick us up and brought us back to the hotel. Without her help, we would’ve had to walk the entire way 😭😭😭. On top of that, the hotel’s environment is fantastic—stepping out the door, you’re greeted by a lovely garden, and just a few steps away is the stunning Shiraito Waterfall. It’s absolutely worth the long journey!

The area is secluded (quiet) but can be easily reached via car or bus if commuting. The house is newly renovated and it’s a traditional japanese home. The property is complete with necessities and there is a nearby convenience store in case you forgot any. Our hosts are the best, they are very kind and sweet. We had a great dinner with them and had a good laugh. It was the best stay we ever had!

What a perfect stay around the mount Fuji! The location, the commodities, the apartment itself, everything was perfect and i couldn't expect more from this stay, the photos are completely fitting to the reality, it's even bigger that you can imagine before your arrival! The host was so nice despite my lack of communication with her, once again thanks to her! After a peacefully night, a 5 minutes walk will bring you to nice waterfalls with a view on the mount Fuji all along ! Breathtaking! Guys, I can only recommend you to book a trip, short or long, you will need only a few minutes to feel like home and to enjoy the place, on lucky day you'll be even able to see the ocean in the back! Arigatō gozaimasu !
