Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ItalyWe stayed in a standard double room, two adults with two big bags and it was a bit tight. However, they do provide a handy tray to slide your bags under the bed.
Great location and very friendly staff. Laundry room is a plus if you are travelling around and need to wash your clothes! Everything is within waking distance!

NetherlandsOur rooms were nicely air conditioned, only the hallway (at least on our floor) was quite warm but not an issue. One of the room was only prepared for 1 person instead of two, but we asked at the front desk and immediately got the missing towels and other stuffs
The rooms are comfortable and the beddings really good. Shower and toilets are really clean. We stayed with our family (two adults and two kids 9/12). The staff is helpful. Self checking and check out are easy and the digital key for the room are really practical, no struggle to forget or loose them. Too bad I did not try the sauna so I can not comment

CanadaOn occasion we could hear sounds from the other room. Thankfully it wasn't much and ear plugs were provided just in case.
The staff were very friendly and helpful at check in and check out. The lighting and room design was nice as well as all the attention to the decor. It was a modern new hotel and everything was clean and fresh. Location was great for transportation.
