The view from the balcony is not really a sea or nature view - it’s over buildings but that’s charming in its own way. It’s still a very private view and you get a sense of the town.

Very clean, location super convenient just 5min walking from Onomichi station, great place to start Shimanami Kaido from and also close to the old temple walk. Having a washing machine inside the apartment is perfect as well!

Online response is always available..the staff were very helpful. Got aan issue with the code on smart lock,but was reoslve quickly with online conversation with hoyel staff. Room was very clean and we love the clothes dryer at the bathroom. Such a great stay experience indeed.

It is a great location and walkable from the Onomichi train station. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with restaurants and vending machines around. The facility is great with everything we need. Check-in/out was super easy and smooth.

Was spammed a bit through booking.com messages to make sure we had filled in the appropriate forms before we arrived even though we already had; made me question if I had done it correctly or not. But nonetheless, super minor issue, loved our stay.

Location for cycling. Close to everything you would need. The inside looked new and fresh. Staff recommended a very good ramen shop. Worth staying a couple of days.

There are no lifts, which was fine for us but carrying luggage to the 3rd floor might be hard for some. We were hoping to do some washing and although there was a washer the only way to dry was by hanging up your washing and we were worried it wouldn’t be dry quick enough before we left.

Close to the waterfront and ferry. Great for a short stay and cycling the islands we found Keso a great place to rent electric bikes from). Small kitchen was a bonus allowing us to warm up some food from the Kanbeeni.
