JapanThe hotel is right next to the train tracks and you can hear the level crossing going off and the trains passing. The hotel provided earplugs but we could still hear when the trains started to run in the morning. Luckily the trains didn't pass that often!
The hotel was a very cool structure, quite clean, and the double room was a lot bigger than expected! The staff was friendly, and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. It was also close to both the Seibu-Chichibu Station and the Chichibu Shrine so it was a good home base for exploring the area.

Japan- Not the best sound proofing. The hotel is literally beside the train line. So, all night you can hear sound of trains passing.
- 3 minutes from station. - Yaoko, Daiso, McDonald's within 10 minutes walk. - Seibu Chichibu station within 20 minutes. - The room was quite spacious. - Very clean and comfortable. - Everything felt new.

Czech RepublicThe whole city is very beautiful. The location of the hotel is excellent and serves as a starting point for excursions. It is necessary to take into account that there is a train crossing signal near the hotel. The hotel takes this into account and high-quality earplugs are available directly in the room.

United StatesIs is indeed a BASIC hotel, so no frills. Also located next to train tracks, so there was regular noise. Luckily that didn't bother me. Heater performance was sometimes erratic.
Location and convenience were good. Rooms were not nearly cramped as others I've been in. Right next to a train station and near food and the event I came to attend.
