Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

FranceThat was my fault for not reading the other reviews but i got a cultural shock realising that the hotel is in red district. 😂 This was still safe slightly uncomfortable And that is not the hotel's fault. I think the floor could be cleaned a little bit better.
The staff was really friendly and helpful, interacting with them felt very nice. The room is spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing. The bathroom was really really good for me, i enjoyed it a lot. Overall my stay was really amazing.

GermanyI did not mind too much, but on the same street were many soaplands and similar establishments with promoters trying to lure you in their shops, so be aware of that (not necessarily a place to bring your family, yet still kinda safe)
great value for the price, location is close to the airport and the highway seaside

GermanyThe room was awfully humid up to the point that all my clothes, towels and the bedsheets were damp after a few hours even though I kept the AC running (which is something I usually never do). I visited during the rainy season so that sure adds to the overall humidity, but given how modern and new the room looked it left me quite puzzled and uncomfortable.
Incredibly spacious, modern room. Bed was comfy and came with two pillows. Bathroom was also great - not your usual tiny Japanese unit bath. The location was fine - within walking distance to both the beach and Kokusai dōri. Despite being located in the red light district, it was quiet at night.

PolandThe neighbourhood where the hotel is located was famous for hosting women whose job was, let's say, to entertain guests. Seems these traditions are still kept, because during my two-days stay I was at least four times approached at the streets by agents who offered me some sex. They were not aggressive, but still... Obviously this is not a hotel fault, but keep that in mind if you're single.
The room was very clean and comfortable with all utilities the average traveller may need, the internet connection had a decent speed, nothing to complain about.

JapanThe hotel is a little far from the station. There is the Brothel around the hotel.

JapanThe area was a little far from some main attractions but still within walking distance. It also seemed there were many ‘soapland’ in the direct vicinity but they were reasonably discreet and we were not bothered by anyone in the area even when walking back to the hotel late at night.
clean, tidy modern facilities. Room was a decent size so luggage on the rooms didn’t feel like it was taking up lots of space. Room was basic but comfortable, and very good value for money. It was very close to Naminoue Shrine and beach. Would stay again.

United StatesThe location is in the red-light district, so can sometimes hear people on the street late at night.
The room was spartan but well-equipped with everything I needed. I was allowed to check-in two hours early so thankful for that.

South KoreaThe location made me feel uncomfortable. Had I known it was in such a seedy area I perhaps wouldn’t of booked it. Also when I booked it said there was a breakfast but there actually wasn’t.
The rooms were modern and spacious.
