There's no lift, so if you are on the second floor it is a bit difficult to get things up. It's a narrow stair.

Has everything you might need. Our room even had a washing machine. The dryer was just an air dryer, but there's a coin laundry really close by.

I had to go check in and collect the key at another hotel. I'm traveling with a child, and it's very difficult to manage both the luggage and my child at the same time. Although I paid for a late check-out, a staff member still came knocking on the door asking us to check out.

It's near the train station and within walking distance to Shinjuku.

10,000 yen deposit it was our last day and left me with lots of cash to use in the morning which was annoying, more of a studio apartment then a hotel , it’s down a run down messy alley , very small apartment but clean and the location is a bit out the way but still a short walk

Thin walls so you could hear the elephants (people) thumping around in the room above you and reception on the next street over made checking in more difficult after a big day of traveling

Me a friend stayed here for 2 nights, first time visit to Tokyo. Check in was as mentioned around the corner from the actual accommodation, but i had been informed of this and it was only a short walk, the "apartment" itself was very small, but functional, lacking a few basic kitchen essentials like mugs and cups... although there were 2 paper cups provided. Warm shower, comfy beds. Unit was up a tight flight of steep stairs. 10,000 yen deposit cash held at check in. Location good, short walk from Shin-Okubo station on the Yamanote Line, friendly area.

The rooms are far too small, the washer/dryer combo didn’t work well (it wouldn’t dry my clothes no matter how many times I tried).

There is 10000 JPY cash deposit when you arrive to the Hotel. They stated this in more detailed section under the covid 19 part... It was a nice hotel actually but this was a huge problem since we did not have that big amount of cash. So be careful when you decide.

The rooms were tiny and just down a side alley a short walk from their office. Shower was just a 3 or 4 foot square. The ceiling was about 6'2 which was 6'1.5 was a little close. Didn't fit with shoes on One of our rooms was for 3 people and one of the 3 twin beds required climbing over one of the other ones to reach.

Check in counter is at another location which is about 8 minutes away. No elevator. The ladder stair is very narrow, very challenging if you have checked baggage size.
