JapanNo microwave and no complimentary bottle of water but there was a kettle and teas provided so not too bad. Wish the bed for two was a full double bed instead of semi-double.
The location was perfect . Right at JR Yokohama Station and in the heart of the town. Many convenience stores , food places and ATM etc. The room also was a decent size and there was a pullout bed sofa in addition to the normal bed .

Walking distance thru the chika walkway from Yokohama station. This location proved amazing when there was torrential downpours, you took a quick walk underground and popped up at exit 11 near the entrance of the hotel.

United KingdomSilly me took a smoking room, If I knew how bleak the room was I wouldn't be doing it again, let's start I had a room on 13th floor, thought nice should be great views from here, naw, all you could see was the side of a building and a bit of road, plus what obstructed that view was a great big net going from to to bottom, anyway back to the room it wasn't the cleanest I've ever been in.

MalaysiaAs some review it is a rather aged hotel. And it serves as venue for weddings and occasion so the design and layout is slightly different from your usual business hotel. The room is by conventional key system. I think my only issue with the room is the lighting as I couldn't really figure out the control it's rather too bright or too dark.
It's reachable thru the underlink from the station. The northest exit should link you to the entrance of the hotel. Located on the outskirt of the yokohama station busy area so some foot travel is required to spots but no big issue.

The location is very convient. Excellent price for the rooms. Very much a hotel with room service, laptop rental if needed and many other amenities and benefits. The rooms are pretty spacious in comparison to most hotel rooms. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Easy location to get to from public transit with everything one might need a walking distance away.

The hotel is like a beautiful grand old place, but is now a bit outdated and has lost some some shine. Fancy chandeliers and large foyers etc. Our room looked straight onto a main highway but we couldn't hear a thing because of the great soundproofing. Great location right outside the railway exit.
