The location was perfect! Can not stress enough to read all the reviews on how to check in because this place is NOT staffed! We had to do a pre check in online and follow the online booking process. Got a door code to be let into the building. Then got emailed our room number. They have lock boxes next to the rooms with a seperate email with another number to get the code for the key! As there was no staff around we found this process a little stressful as my husband was in a wheelchair. Once we were settled in we appreciated the location. Google maps don’t help and I had to ask local family mart for the location of the hotel but overall I would recommend this hotel to the younger generation. For myself in my 50’s I think I prefer the old fashioned way of being greeted when checking into a hotel. Rooms also had a washing machine which was a bonus!

Don’t like the room is carpet and pillows are too soft, and the lift was a bit old and small, and no air conditioner in the lift and the corridor. Also no staff cleaning the room while we stay in the hotel.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the train station, restaurants, and the iconic Glico sign—everything within a 10-minute radius. The room was spacious and featured a balcony. It also included a washing machine, making it easy to dry clothes outside on the balcony.

Confusing intstructions on door code to get in. Opposite of western entering info. Needs to say "Push Enter first then enter code."

The floors are carpet. Wish it wasn't since room cleaning is not everyday.

Place is self check-in and check-out. You have to read and follow the instructions carefully so you can access the entrance door and your room as well. Location - Near convenience stores and the train station. Only a few minute walk to Dotonbori. Family Mart is in front of the apartment. A coin laundry is also near the place. Room - The beds were big enough to fit 4 adults and 4 large luggage. Small luggage can fit under the bed. Amenities/Cleaning - They don't do room cleaning unless you request for it. You just have to message them and they will accommodate and let you know the schedule. As for the amenities, you have to get your own which is much sustainable. You also have to throw your own trash beside the main entrance. Drying of Clothes - They have one outside the balcony and clothes hangers are also provided. Kitchen Amenities - easy to use and the range hood is strong enough remove the smell. Shower & Toilet - Convenient since both are separated.

Room space is quite small with 4 beds. Positioned of kitchenette makes it not really practical to do any cooking. And there was no table or chairs for eating. So everything was done on the bed.

Excellent location next to dotonbori. Check in is easy. They managed to receive my luggage even though they technically did not have a reception.

The one thing that made it not at par with other places we stayed was the smell emanating from the area of the washing machine. It was a sort of a stench from a canal or sewer. It can’t be masked by the blower, do not know where it’s coming from. Good thing we are out all day but to use the area to bathe is bothersome. Also may they put in a folding chair n table, if one wants to eat cook or delivered meals, one can’t eat seating from the bed. We used the small bench to stack our luggage since there is no rack and bending down to the floor to unpack/pack is not good. Bed was good though

There was enough room to open up multiple luggages at the end of the bed. The location was great with easy access to nearby attractions and train station.

Would be good to have clothes rack or dryer. The only room left when we booked didn’t have a sofa. There were four of us in the room and the bench could only sit two. So we had to take turn sitting on the bench or sit on the floor or bed. Perhaps could have a longer bench.

Street can be noisy at times as the appartment is right next to highway bridge. As the apprtment is not staffed and the only way to contact is via booking.com, it becomes very difficult where there is an issue. We had the noise issue from upstairs the entire night at the last night of our stay, but there is nothing can be done. We drop the owner company a message early in the morning and didn't get any responds until 10am and there hasn't been any follow-up since which is disappointing.

Location is very convenient and with 7-11, family mart closed by. Very commfy bed and good shower/bath. Room is big enough for Japanese standard. Easy to use washing machine and balcony is handy for laungdry.

Our room was situated next to the motorway, and at night, the noise from passing vehicles was still audible, which slightly disrupted our sleep.

Washing machine is present but it's hard to dry clothes and you gotta be creative on where to hang em. Otherwise, can't really complain.

We love the facilities and the beds were huge and comfy. The place is also very clean which made the stay more comfortable. We stayed in an air bnb with no elevator so we can't help but be thankful that this one has.
