Although my neighbors were very quite, I heard every little thing my neighbour below me did on their phone, as well as snoring. If you're squeamish about little noises, this might not be for you.

The place had so many amenities to use, even a shoe dryer to dry my soaked sneakers after the rain. The staff were also super kind.

Wi-fi was free but slow and hard to connect to during the busy times in the evening with everyone using the wi-fi at the same time.

Great location. From Hiroshima station the streetcar will stop right in front of the hotel. If you're travelling light it is a 15 minute walk from the train station. For Miyajima Island you can go to the stop in front of the hotel and take a ~1h streetcar to the ferry terminal. There is a convienience store right below the hotel. Great staff, they provide luggage storage before checking in. They provide slippers, towels, and nightwear. Great for solo travel.

The elevator likes to close quickly which is a bit unnerving but it won’t crush you. It just makes you jump if you don’t remember.

Our family of two women and one man, so we were on different floors. • the location is great; right at the tram stop and 20 min walk to A-Bomb building/peace memorial park; major shopping few mins walk only • the female floor was super clean and we loved our little individual capsules - was surprised it included a desk, chair and cupboard. It was comfy and we slept well

Bed wasn't totally the best, I could tell it's an old foam as it was already depressed and deformed. The "fan" in the capsule doesn't really do much. locker is VERY small. it's like a gym locker. take note for people with luggages, there is a luggage space in each floor, but it's open for everyone so you risk having your stuff touched by people in the room.

Amazing location, just steps away from the tram stop. It also has a bus stop nearby. Walking distance to convenience stores, restaurants and grocery. Staff is very helpful, assisted with my inquiries. The rooms and common areas cleaned and well maintained.

Could feel the vibrations from the elevator slightly when lying in the Capsule.

You cannot lock your private capsule rooms which made me feel slightly unsafe.

It is a good accomodation for everyone who wants privacy at a low price! The staff takes the hotel rules very seriously and phone calls for example are not allowed within your own capsule since it could disturb the other guests.

Decent place to stay if you want to visit Hiroshima for a day or two. Not too noisy and the capsules have enough seperation between them. Just note that the capsules are one bottom and one above, seperated by a wall. Good value.

Ladder to get into the capsule bed was a bit awkward and uncomfortable. Also, a very tiny complaint, but all the doors shut soooo slowly.

The door of the room is basically only a curtain that is not soundproof at all. You can hear really everything from other guests.

The capsule rooms are modern and well equipped, the bed was comfortable, the luggage storage under the bed fits a larger luggage and can be locked. As in most hotels in Japan you get every you need, pajamas, toothbrush etc. The place is very clean, the bathroom was large and also very clean.

The guys from our group told us their capsules were tinier that on women side, maybe a bit older / not renovated, but it was still comfortable, it was regular size.

The best capsule hotel I have been to for now, on women side the capsules were large, with a space with a key for your stuff underneath, the shower cabins were clean, same for the shared spaces, the lended pyjamas were clean and comfortable, and the beds were actually comfortable ! It not far by foot from Hiroshima castle and peace park, you just need to walk about 25min. The service was great, they kept our luggage for the day after our stay.
