There was no aircon provided inside the capsules, which is different from the other places I have stayed in before. As it was summer when I stayed, it was very hot in the capsule and I had to open up the privacy curtain to make it barely acceptable to sleep in.

The place is very convenient and the bed was fairly comfortable, and the public bath was clean and nice. The resting room had TV and all the amenities, chargers, tables and even PCs to use.

You are unable to keep any luggage or items in your capsule or locker if staying more than one night. As such, this hotel is less suitable for multiple day stays. Lockers were also slightly narrow and not very large, so larger backpacks may struggle to fit.

Capsule hotel in a good location near Sannomiya station. Facilities and amenities are all readily available. Very affordable option compared to other hotels in the area. Great for a one night stay.

The one thing that kept it from being great is that it was miserably hot in the sleeping quarters. I poured sweat all night and woke up regularly. If it were 5*C cooler, it would be great.

Everything was generally very good. Every small need considered and the onsen style bath was a great plus.

There is weak sound on the Tv .. and The common area are abit run down. can get stuffy in the capsule if you pull down the curtain.

It was ok stay for 2 nights . There are drink machine at the common area and a fridge. The locations are good and easy to find. There are some restaurant nearby , but i could not find anything i like. capsule style bed is ok .I prefer to go to level2 where are common areas to lied down to rest and the aircon is strong too . Hot and cold water provided.

It's right next to clubs and bars. Little noisy at night. Have to get all the luggage out for cleaning although I am staying for 2 days. Electric receptacles were too loose for plugging in the travel converter.(I used a hair band to make it tight)

The place may not be ideal for those who travel with large suitcases. The sleeping pods may feel a bit hot inside as the cool air from outside does not go inside.

A comfortable stay for a capsule hotel. You can enjoy the communal bath, entertainment and resting area in the capsule hotel too. Despite the hot weather outside, you can stay cool in the capsule hotel.

It's good but basic, you're getting a good capsule hotel experience. The capsule can get slightly warm.

Capsules were clean and (for a capsule) spacious. Lots of amenities, like toothbrushes, razors, soaps, hairbrushes, etc. Big (like really huge) manga library and lounging area upstairs, and the shower and bathroom were very clean and relaxing. Not too busy when I went either. Tattoo-friendly for foreigners.

When you leave the hotel, you have to hand in your locker key and in return, you get a key for the locker with your shoes. When you return, you give back the shoe key and get the one for your belongings. I arrived earlier and wanted to drop off my backpack, but the staff reacted very unfriendly. Even when checking out, you can't store your backpack there. Overall, the interaction with the staff was not very polite. The place itself isn’t bad, but out of four months in Asia, this was the one where I felt the least welcome. I would recommend booking somewhere else.

The capsules themselves are not soundproof so if you're a light sleeper you might need a pair of earplugs.

The facilities are good. I especially like the bathing and sauna facilities, a good bargain for the price.

Top bunk beds were very hot at night. Moreover, the staff was not helpful and common areas were made dirty quite fast by the many rude and inconsiderate Chinese guests

I didn’t like the fact that every morning you have to empty your locker and take all your belongings down stairs by 10am, even if you are staying for the night.

I liked the location and the social floor, the onsen was okay but not the cleanest i’ve been to.
