Would like the towels to be more up to date as they were worn out. But everything else provided was excellent. Those who do not know the language or the inner workings of the heater/showr/furo controller need some coaching or using a translator app, but it’s part of the fun of traveling in a foreign country. I enjoyed trying to figure things out. The landlord was a text away with questions so that fact made things easy peasy.

We liked the fact it was not in a touristy area. It did make for a little more language differences in the restaurants but we had fun doing it. The area is very local. We loved that. The hotel is well secured, we liked that.

It has a washing machine, a microwave. As well as the bathroom was partitioned as the toilet, batch and washing basin area. So, it is ideal for a group.

Late at night there was a lot of shouting in the streets. Maybe because there are many bars in this area. This affected our sleep. The price was quite high for me.

There are many restaurants around the hotel. It is also very close to Nankai station. The room was clean.

The location is definitely NOT family friendly. It's right next to an adult bathhouse, clubs and bars. It gets rowdy at night and can be heard from the room. We practically had to run to the hotel every night because we felt we were in an unsafe area.

The room was very comfortable. It was exactly as pictured and had plenty of room for a small family of 3. The kitchen and laundry in the room were especially helpful.

The surroundings weren't the cleanest and there were some sketchy people offering you massages. But don't worry you'd still feel safe walking these streets at night. There are a lot of kind peole too.

It was a decent room next to the center of Yokohama. You'd have to walk a bit but nothing too tiring. It was good for the price we paid and there were a lot of good shops nearby. The electronic system the doors had makes you feel safe as it is hard for someone to break into the apartment. Well, It's Japan, that's difficult to happen anyway but just in case I appreciated that hehe

It’s between the pubs, so night time not safe for girls or solo travellers and it’s noisy during midnight until early morning. Pillow too soft and low need stack up.

The hotel is located in what appears to be the party district. Normally this is not an issue for me but when the music goes all night and then gets turned up to even louder at 5am for the "recovery session", it made the following day a bit more of a challenge.

Yokohama was a very interesting place.

The location actually good for shopping nearby is Isezaki Mall but suitable for man, single girl or lady are not recommended. because downstairs a lot of bars & night clubs, If come back late, not feel safety. Especially on Saturday night, music noisy till dawn around 7-8am. For man may prefer this location.

Hotel near at Korea Town, actually the room style with some Korea feel, Facility is good, provide washing machine & cooking equipment but the bed definitely not alright for me, stayed 2 nights easy to get back pain. The mattress too soft and cause the back falling down.

It's a little hard to find, and if you aren't used to sleeping with sound it can be hard to sleep because the clubs on the street play music until the morning.

There is a great night life for clubbing and partying if thats what you like. Train station is a 5 minute walk.

They double booked our room still haven’t received a refund for having to stay at a 24 hour hotel taxi ect the video they send is NOT true it’s a nightclub seen don’t expect to sleep no welcome or instructions to use washing machine or toilet refuse to refund us and send fake email addresses because they want a receipt of staying at another hotel at 11:00 at night arriving from Australia!!! don’t stay there

No comfortable chairs and table. No full size mirror. Shower has short shower hose, person need to squat or sit before you can use shower. Not enough towels. No replacement towels for long stays. Not enough plates for the number of people staying. No extra trashbags.

It’s not suitable for young families with kids. The street is on a different vibe after hours. Bars, music,girls and much more. It’s not safer to walk around or reach back late. There will be lots of people approaching with various offers.

The most things I dislike is its surroundings. There seemed a night club running all night. The noises can be clearly heard during the whole 3v night. They were very loud and kept us waking up all the times. No extra blanket was available.
