Great location in a quieter area and right opposite the metro station. Room was small as with everywhere in Tokyo but it was very clean and we still fit with two people and two 20kg suitcases.

Clean, near restaurants, close to station. Generously providing face care, staff were helpful, providing extra bed sheets since we are not fan of thick blanket. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast nice but basic , a set of toast and light coffee.

The hotel is in a great location right outside of a metro station exit. We used the washing machines a couple of times, which you could track the status on the TV. The choice of amenities and free rental items was great too. Overall an amazing stay, we’ll definitely be returning when we visit Tokyo again

Great location right next to Akasaka station and walking distance to Akasaka-Mitsuke station so well-connected to the city. The street was more quiet which was pleasant and convenience stores as well as cafes and restaurants were close-by. The staff was very friendly.

The room was small, but manageable. The shower in the bathtub was a bit annoying, since you couldn't wash and take a bath at the same time.

The breakfast was not the best, because it was an optional sandwich menu. The sandwich portions were really small The pillows were not comfortable.

The location was great. The hotel was clean and quiet. The metro station was right across the street and easily accessible. Plenty of amenities provided by the hotel. Many convenient stores and supermarkets around. There was Netflix on the TV.

Cannot open windows, we were able to book smoking room since it is the only one available for our dates, so we hoping to clear off the cigarette smell by opening windows even if partial only.

Location is near train station, convenience store, restaurants and a mall. Amenities are available in the lobby, staff are friendly and courteous, room is spacious enough for our large luggages. The room also has air purifier to help get rid of odors.

No gym.

Great location and very reasonably priced for Tokyo. The rooms are very small as expected but clean and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is just ok for us Westerners. It’s a great place to stay if you’re planning to explore Tokyo etc during the daytime and use the hotel for sleeping and showering. Akasaka Train station is across the road which is a big bonus for travellers.

I wanted a bigger more flexible breakfast. It’s a set menu bread based .

Nothing to fault in this hotel. Lots of plugs and usb in room. Hotel pyjamas. Hotel ordered taxi for us for 7am pick up, cheaper than uber and came to the door. Taxi driver collects you from lobby. .

The non smoking room with balcony was large enough comparable to other chain hotels. The balcony was a nice surprise as not many hotels in Japan has this feature. It overlooks the street and next door building and it give a sense of ample space. There are no amenities inside the room as you need to collect them from the reception after check in. You can pick and choose the amenities that suits you which was a good idea to avoid wastages. There are 2 konbini nearby the hotel. The Akasaka area is a safe place and mostly surrounded by restaurants & office space. Conveniently located outside Akasaka Station at Exit #7. The trainee at the reception were polite and explained everything in details.

Amazing location, not touristy but close to main attractions, 3 subway stations nearby. Room maybe small but has everything you need, all necessary amenities provided in lobby including sunscreen 😊 We were happy with our stay and I would definitely come again.

The employees are really nice and professional! The service was pretty good, and the photos of the room corresponding to the reality 👌 they also provide a luggage storage and delivering service in case of need! Great location, in front of the Akasaka Metro station, near to 3 convenience shops and also near a street with a lot of shops and restaurants.
