Our first room smelled really bad like moldy/damp. I reached out to customer service and they checked the room. We were given a new room on another floor. I’ve read on previous review guest had the same issue. This should be addressed if it’s the same room or same issue. We had to pack all our things and move it. We traveled with little ones so it was a bit inconvenient. Also, fire alarm went off the first night we were there. We had to evacuate our kids late at night who were already asleep.

Parking was cramped; especially pulling in and back up into the space. Also, as you pulled in it was a little rough—hard on the car.

The kitchen could have a few mixing bowls that would help with cooking. But that‘s just a small thing

Sometimes it‘s the little things such as having laundry detergent as part of the amenities, or the happy hour on the roof top bar - definately recommendable! The barkeeper was super nice and pool keeps the kids entertained. The apartment has everything you need for a short term stay

Apartment was very large and great space for family with 2 teenage kids. Walkable distance to American Village. Parking space for car. Great Japanese restaurant down stairs. More city style area, not the tropical location we thought it was going to be.

Spacious condo suite good for 4 pax. 1 room is a little small, but the living room is huge with 2 beds, sofas, and tatami. Would recommend it. The izakaya below the condo is a bonus.

Pillows…every bed pillow was extremely hard and uncomfortable! Sometime, in the main bedroom, a strong sewage odor would emit.

Great location, perfect view of Chatan. Everything is within walking distance. Restaurant on the 1st floor and bar on 10th floor was convenient and good. Clean room overall!

Very convenient to stay in Okinawa. The host will not appear and only contact with you by internet. Clean hotel and large space, very good kitchen and good washing machine.

Not so near to American Village but Walkable distance.

Spacious and with everything you need. Two bathrooms in the apartment which is awesome with a big group of people staying. Washing machine is life saver as it comes with dryer. Self check in is smooth and easy and there is pool and restaurant in the building.

I did not like that the tablet checkin/checkout was mandatory. I prefer a person at the front desk during check-in and check-out. Maybe have the tablet as an optional choice.

I did not see one person asking as hotel staff or running the front desk. I saw people managing the restaurant, which was not helpful for my questions during my stay.

I wish some table knives and bowls for cereal were included (there were only chopsticks, forks, and spoons), but this was a minor inconvenience.

This place was amazing! So clean and enough space for my family of 5 to spread out. My younger kids especially enjoyed playing with the toys that were provided. We all loved the rooftop infinity pool with a beautiful sunset view and conveniently located poolside bar.

Although we had an issue with one of the hot water heaters in our room., it did not detract from our stay. The ensuite shower never seemed to consistently provide hot water. The drawback of not having any staff on property, is that we were not sure how to resolve the problem. The other bathroom and kitchen had no issues.

We liked the modern, clean feel of the facilities and rooms. The pool bar was very convenient and K (the bartender) was very friendly. Although not in American village, we were very close to that area. The check-in/checkout procedure was a new experience having no staff there. It was all on a tablet but was self-explanatory and easy to do.

Limited parking, I was left with the lousiest parking spot, took 10 mins to park. There was a highly annoying loud dripping sound right over the tatami area that would occur intermittently and lasts sometimes over 2 hours.

Near to local supermarket, restaurants, great location. Beds were comfy, room was clean.

It would have been nice to have a desk to work at, but it didn't hinder my ability to enjoy the stay. I wish I had been able to stay longer!
