- working table for laptop is needed - I stayed for a week or so. First couple days it was very quiet. Then the neighbor upstairs was making too much noise by seemingly dragging something on the floor. This happened even at 2am and 4am. Staff should prohibit noise and should force people to wear flipflops.

I liked the place overall. I liked the location (but beware that it's hard to get around without a car).

The car park was not enough for the guests.

Good sized accommodation, including a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen net was there, but there were no cups, cutleries, plates, etc. We had some issues going inside the building initially. However, the staff was very helpful and supportive. Thank you.

There are no touristic place. It is just passing street. Nothing to see. If you have a car, you can visit Naha city within 15 mins. So, not easy to stay. If you have some business near there, it will be OK. But tourist? I don't recommend this.

There are no service for Breakfast. But you can make meal by yourself, hotel provide cooking facilities. Ii is close to San A(Three A) mall . Just 6 mins. by foot. There is a beach near hotel, you can reach within 15 mins by walk. If you have a car, more convenient. Itoman bus terminal is just 500m far away. But there are no sightseeing place near there, Just one day stay? its ok.

There is a very bad smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom. It seemed to get worse the longer we stayed. The blanket was a bit uncomfortable.

The location is great. We could see the ocean from our room and there are beaches nearby. There is also a shopping center, supermarket and a few restaurants in the area. They provided enough toiletries so we didn't have to buy anything extra. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious. There is a bathtub, shower and kitchen too.

Lack of parking space on site, there were only about 8 space on site and once those are full, you will have to park off site. While it is only a five minute walk away, it would have been a big problem if you were a solo traveler and/or if the weather was unpleasant. If I would have knew that was the case, I probably wouldn't have chosen this hotel despite the hotel being quite nice.

Where The Hotel itself is. Everything is really far away. Even for delivery it was too far away. So i had to walk just to eat at a restaurant atleast 30-50 minutes

#1) Parking space is first come first serve so hopefully you can get a spot each night (wasn't too crowded when we went) #2) Depending on your stay length, no towel change #3) If you want your trash taken care of, you need to bag it and place it outside your door before 10am each day. This could be good though because there's no invasion of privacy.

#1) Loved how easy check in was. It's all codes from front door to your room which makes it so much easier to access being with two people (no fighting over the key) #2) The room was an amazing space with many sections with doors if you wanted separation (kitchen, toilet/WC, shower, main vanity mirror room). #3) Came with a washer and dryer as well as laundry detergent~ #4) Fridgerator with freezer #5) Cooking utensils/ dishware/ silverware provided + soap/ sponge #6) Bed was centered in the room, a lot of space #7) Hooks inside room #8) Balcony had a beautiful view of the sea (if you get this type of room. Street facing rooms might not have this) #9) Large screen door and smaller window could let breeze in (only applicable for rooms that are on the outside. Center room likely doesn't have smaller window) #10) Parking spaces provided with option of overhead cover to drive in the drop off stuff. Parking itself doesn't have overhead cover. #11) If you need more ammenities (slippers, cotton swaps, plastic bags, etc), it's available downstairs near the elevator. #12) If you want your trash taken care of, you need to bag it and place it outside your door before 10am each day. No invasion of privacy! #13) Within walking distance of a supermarket and several restuarant. #14) The stay instructions were really helpful in English. Menu of restuarant to order from was super cute and creative (albeit all in Japanese).

It was advertised as two bedrooms apartment but we got only one bedroom with two separate beds. That’s not good as I don’t like to be deceived. Property owner was not responsive and responded only on the 3rd day of our stay to our requests of the 1st day. For instance we needed instructions for the washing machine and no hot water was available. Once the property owner responded it was almost time to leave the apartment. No shelves to put our clothes were available. Hotel is located far away from the main attractions.

We found the blanket a bit small for two people.

The check-in and check-out instructions were clearly communicated in advance, which was good because there was no staff on the location. The apartment was equipped with everything possible. I liked that there was also a dryer with the washing machine. Even without a car it's possible to get around, a bus stop is not far away.
