How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything was perfect during my stay.
The location was perfect for me. It was close to the monorail and the Naha Mall. Everything in the room was easy to use and had English instructions. The washer/dryer and kitchen setup was a money and time saver.

The location was great given how unwalkable Naha is, very close to the Monorail, and then 20mn walk to Shuri Castle. The "interesting" part of town is a bit of a walk, but it's on the monorail, so if you don't have a car, it's great! We had a great stay, clean, comfortable, big, and good value for money.

I hope there is a designated smoking area and a big basket to soak the diving equipment, as Okinawa has many diving destinations. Overall, it is perfect for me.
I always stay in the Cozy Stay Inn group in Naha, Ishigaki, and Miyakojima. It's very convenient for divers. We could wash our clothes after the dive. If only they had a big basket to soak our diving equipment and also a designated smoking area. The location is next to Famima and other chain restaurants. You won't get starving even in the middle of the night. There is free parking. You need luck for the main parking; it's often packed. Smart key is also efficient—no need to bring any cards.

TV is too small, not much channel included. Not enough close by car park space. Mapcode should be included in welcome letter.

Everything was great!
Very pleasant accommodation, well-equipped apartment with a stunning view of the city and park. Great location. Close to Shuri Castle and other important UNESCO sites. Close to the city center and main shopping area. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

The beds are a little too firm for my back but it is away from all the good restaurants if you are visiting so a rental is a must!

Location, google maps showed some strange route But for second time it was much easier to find No smart tv

We feel rather humid in the room when we just arrived. Need the air conditioners turned off to make the air better.
Free parking is provided but limited slots. Location is good and near major travelling places in Naha.

Maybe the rooms could use a closet or some drawers.
Bright, big rooms. Very clean. Each room with a washer and dryer, they even provide washing detergent. Free parking in front of the hotel. A big shower with good water pressure.

Slight odor in the room.
Self check in and the keyless entry were great. The view was lovely. The kitchen and laundry in unit were very convenient. There were plenty of towels and everything else needed in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the wifi was fast!

Building stands in front of the road. Fortunately my room was on the other side of the building, so it was great.
A lot of facilities, everything is new and fresh, really comfortable. Also drawn map with restaurants was really cute 🥰

they have a small kitchen there. but didn’t provide any tools for cooking. not sure the purpose. Need a tea spoon in room.

sticky and some mango smell on the information materials, probably from the last resident and due to not sufficient cleanliness

Excellent location, just 5-10 minutes walk from the monorail. Free parking provided on site. The kitchen is well-equipped with cooking utensils. Many restaurants and stores nearby.
