Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Australia- While close to the train station, it is a little far from the action (about 20 minute walk) where the majority of shops and restaurants are located e.g. Susukino.
+ Very well priced hotel located just 6 minutes walk from the main JR Sapporo Station (although Google Maps sent us around to the back entrance!). Easy for a day trip to Otaru. Make sure you use the South Exit. + Decorated in a low key style which is a little daggy (unlike its sister hotel in Kyoto which is quite glamorous and elegant). But very comfortable. + The buffet breakfast range was excellent and included Hokkaido specialities such as soup curry (delicious) and a self-serve soft ice cream machine as well as seafood. + Good sized room and the bathroom included a bathtub.

FinlandThere were two separate beds rather than a single king size bed, which would have been nicer as I stayed with my partner. We were also not able to screen share our phone to the TV, but that might have been our own fault.
Great location right at the center of Sapporo with a comfortable room and a decent price. The bathroom and the shower were especially nice. The view from the 10th floor to the Sapporo TV Tower was nice and all the main attractions of the city were easy to reach by subway or walking from the hotel. There is a public bath on the highest floor that the guests can use freely, which was also a great addition. The staff spoke decent English and were helpful when we checked in. Highly recommended!
