Very good value for the money. Room has everything necessary. Hotel has all the basic services. Breakfast was simple but good. Location is good, walking distance from Center Minami station.

We love staying at Toyoko Inns as they're easy and no fuss, also pretty good value for money. This one in particular is close to Center Minami station (maybe 8 min walk?) and to a mall (maybe 3 min walk?).

- coffee could feature milk at the breakfast (not a real issue however) - you need to select your times for cleaning at the front instead of hanging up a sign at the door, which I would have preferred - unfortunately you can hear voices in the hallway - but usually that is not an issue as others were mostly quiet in the night

- very friendly front, helped me setup a member card for early check-in - funny feature to see your sleep quality - extremely engaged cleaning staff, perfectly cleaned, you could definitely see their effort - breakfast was quite good - different choices of Japanese breakfast, even changing from day to day and in the price included

Hotel is at Central minami station in far from Yokohama, from Yokohama use subway Blue line 20 min.

Near station, have many restaurants and supermarket,shops. New hotel,new room, good standard hotel of toyoko inn. Breakfast is better than another Toyoko inn in Tokyo. It have many foods.good staffs.

When booking 3 x rooms, it wasn't clear via booking.com that there were smoking & nonsmoking rooms. So for some of the nights we had smoking rooms and are all non-smokers. It was easily improved by opening window / spraying air fresheners, but when booking I'd advise to just double check that you are booking a non-smoking room.

Very convenient location, great access to the local station and many restaurants, shops within a few minutes walk. Incredibly friendly staff, who were very accommodating and held our luggage after check out while we explored.

I didn't sleep well my first night due to something very hard in my mattress. The following morning I took the hotel staff to my room to check it out and they simply rotated my mattress around. No apology for the inconvenience or for initially doubting my claim.

Very convenient location with a nearby train station and many restaurants. A nice green belt for walking is also close to the hotel.

The neighborhood feels a bit dejected, and the nearest convenience store is a bit far away. But that is nit picking.

It was exactly what you can expect from a Toyoko Inn: Simple, Clean, No frills, Efficient place to stay for a business trip. The room was very well maintained.

I don’t recommend staying in a smoking room if you can help it, but with the air conditioner it’s not too bad.

Location is good, rooms are clean and comfortable, amenities are free, breakfast is pretty good and the staff is nice. Especially the reception from Nepal, Rashan I think(sorry if I am misspelling the name), he was very kind and patient, when I talked to him on the phone about my late check-in he was very helpful. I am sure his smile and positive attitude contribute to the guests positive impression about their stay. As for me, I would want to stay here again.

Location is very near to the centre minanmi station and very convenient. Rooms were very neat , clean and comfortable . Free breakfast was very good. The staff was very courteous and helpful.
