A good hotel in a great location on the Yamanote line for exploring Tokyo. The breakfast is quite good and the rooms are spacious.

Hotel is super close to the airport and staff where very helpful when I arrive after my flight. The room was everything I needed for a few nights to get me all sorted. 24 hour store if you need quick food and other travel stuff.

The relationship between the bench and desk wasn't quite right for working. I would have appreciated a later standard checkout time; ¥1000 per hour late checkout was acceptable.

Smooth check-in. Good room size for the price. Comfortable bed. Several different types of pillow—this was very nice. Enough counterspace in the bathroom for my toiletries. Good selection in the vending machines. Very convenient access to the Metro.

Location isn’t great in terms of nightlife or sightseeing.

Clean, newly remodeled rooms. A washer/dryer in every guest room with complimentary detergent is appreciated. Great amenities and friendly staff.

A great spot for a 3 night stop. Easy access to the train station allowed us to get around. Takanawa is a lovely new station and easy to follow. Compared to some of the much larger stations. Rooms a good size.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and it was just as good as we remembered. Having a washing machine in the room was super convenient, especially for a longer trip. The location is great too—an easy walk to both Sengakuji and Takanawa Gateway stations. Would happily stay again!

The area had lots of construction going on so a bit loud from road works and a bit disruptive. The hotel did not inform us of this beforehand but maybe they didn’t know. And thankfully our room did not face the road.

Really clean and lovely hotel with nice staff. Room was big enough for two (enough space to put down two suitcases!) Hotel was also in a pretty good location (walking distance from Tokyo tower). And as a plus, the room has a washing machine!

Breakfast in the morning was very good, buffet style with many different foods. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and kind. Rooms and lobby areas were very clean and they provided amenities like toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, face wash etc.

Small rooms. Not much to see in direct vicinity of the hotel (except a small shrine).

Good location for Haneda airport (direct subway line!!) and public transport in general. Washer/dryer in the room was very helpful (although long). Good breakfasts.

Simple but wonderful. Rooms and beds were spacious enough considering everything is smaller in Japan compared to the USA. Breakfast was one of our favorite parts…the fluffy eggs, miso soup, and pickled tuna were delicious!! We have zero complaints really. Another plus was being a 2-3 minute walk from the train station.

the room space was tight. so limited when you have 2 full luggages. maybe a good layout would have been better.

It's hard to find anything wrong with a place that is in this price range and delivers on everything you were expecting. Maybe a bar area near the lobby would be nice. A meeting place that served drinks.

It's exactly what we expected. The rooms were clean and had everything you'd need for an extended stay. The washer dryer was a nice addition in our rooms. If we stayed again in the future, we could travel with less.
