You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SingaporeTV or Projector was complicated to operate. Some kitchen appliances were not cleaned. Pots with badly scratched bases were not replaced. Probably because it was summer time, hence had to get rid of many large black ants, spiders and other bugs in the house.
Cozy and spacious. Large Indoor onsen was the highlight. Quiet location and stone throw to the lake.

SingaporeCheckin was not on site. Had to collect keys from the hotel. However, staffs were helpful and effecient, making the checkin smooth and seamless.

AustraliaSadly it was too far out of town. We had to walk half an hour down to Toyako for meals. Also most of the businesses nearby had closed down.
The Onsen was fantastic and the view from it lovely looking across to the lake. The property was spacious.

Macaui emailed you guys because we will arrived late, no one respond to my email or my messages, i had to use my phone to call which cost me money, i was celebrating my anniversary with my wife, you guys said you will arrange something special, nothing was arranged, we had to wait for the keys, and when we try to check out the next day, they said we dont have any record of your stay! no one seems to speak good english, which made this even worst. the house has ants all over the place, my luggage has bugs that craw into from the house. this is by far the worst stay ever in japan, and i go to japan 3 times a year. till today, no one reply to my messages!!!!!

In-house onsen. Size is big and can fit my family of five. The whole house is perfectly perfect!
