Like most Japanese hotels there was no walk-in shower - the shower was over a very deep bath. Very limited eating in options. Reception is on the second floor and there is no doorman service at the entry level.

The interior design of the hotel is a bit outdated (think Pretty Woman) and uses too much carpet.

Large, comfortable rooms - this was probably the largest hotel room of our entire stay in Japan - with views from upper floors. The hotel is very well located to explore Osaka and for excursions to nearby cities (Nara, Himeji, etc.): it is directly connected to Osaka Station, JR lines and the metro by underground passage, convenient on rainy days.

The location is close to the train station, there is a underground business area near the place provide cheap food and good currency rate exchanges, I had fine dining at the hotel resturauant, they had this seasonal mushroom set is beyond my expectation.

The breakfast buffet was underwhelming. I would not recommend adding it to your stay at the hotel.

The hotel was in a perfect location in the city.. the staff were very helpful and informative. I would recommend staying at the Elsereine Hotel. The room was very comfortable and well-maintained by staff..I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

The kettles in both rooms had a bit of lime scale in it.

The area in which the hotel is located is well lit, making it a lot easier to walk around at night at feel safe while doing so. The hotel is also located near Family Mart (convenient store), an ideal spot for quick convenient store meals and errand runs. The staff were friendly and helpful for asking directions. The rooms were spacious enough to lay two luggage’s out between the bed and the wall.

No gym, pool etc.. for the price. No water in the room and only an ice make in the hallway.

The staff were very friendly. Very close to trains and metro. Room was a decent size, clean and comfortable. Good selection of cosmetics in bathroom. Shower was lovely.

I loved the location, size of the rooms and how clean everything was. There were restaurants and subway entrances all around which made it super convenient as travellers. The staff were also very accomodating. We had a full daytrip planned with an overnight stay in Hiroshima. They were able to hold our suitcases until we returned back to the hotel to continue our trip in Osaka.

Quite complicated getting from the train station to the hotel and further than expected. Looks to be an upscale hotel from appearances but the room for a family of three was not that well organised with an unnecessary small table cluttering up the limited space.

There are almost everything u need. The bed is comfy. I love that there is ice making machine guests can use out of charge. The location is abt 8 mins walk from Osaka sta. and 5 mins walk from Metro Nishi-Umeda Sta.

Location of hotel was brilliant, it's a beautiful hotel, staff were brilliant and spoke good English. Room was lovely, decent size and clean. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom and especially shower was great. No complaints.

All the artifacts in the room were old. The TV, the hair dryer... Also, the air conditioning seemed like they never changed the filters or something, so we all were coughing at night, even with the air filter (which looked really old) too.

The whole place was nice, well located. The bathroom was nice, not as small as others.

The booking.com website says they have laundry facilities. However, this was not the case, which was my main dissatisfaction as I specifically wanted a place with laundry on site.

Great location, very convenient - hotel elevator connected to underground walkway which linked to train/metro stations, and have hundreds of restaurants. Bright and well maintained hotel lobby and seating area. Rooms are clean and comfy, and not too small.

My room view was an AC engineer’s dream, I could see the cooling units in great details... They were quiet units and did not disrupt my sleep.
