The hours of the public bath were not convenient. It opened at noon. It would have been better if it was open in the morning. I want to go there in the morning, but I couldn't.

The location was perfect. There were many places to eat nearby, and the JR and metro were conveniently located near the hotel. The room was the ideal size for my coworker and me. The shop in the hotel had all the souvenirs that I wanted to buy.

The toilet could see some model design. Got the old school feel. But it is still very very clean and tidy!

The hotel is so convenient and quiet. It is near the Shin-Sapporo Station and subway line. There are many malls around also. I love the fact that the service provided by the hotel is 10/10. Really love it! Will come back again.

Our bathroom was smelly and dirty under the rim of sink and mouldy in tile grout over bath. This was remedied after we notified reception (to an ok extent), and a clean shower curtain seemed to get rid of the musty smell. Room was clean.

Mixer tap for the bathroom sinks would be good because it was hard to turn the tap and was hard to stop the running water properly.

We stayed there for two nights but the first night with three of us and the second night with just two so we had different rooms booked but the staff let us stayed in the same room and no extra charge which was so kind of them. Thanks so much!

This station is Shin Sapporo, not Sapporo, so you need to commute to Sapporo either by JR train or subway.

great location, next to the train station (Shin Sapporo). The buffet breakfast was amazing. The hotel was quiet and clean. The room is big and comfortable.

The lights in the bedroom are too dim, and we can't control the air conditioning since it's centralized. Since we visited during winter, the bedroom felt hot as soon as we entered. We had to sleep without blankets because the room was too warm for us. One night, my friend even felt like sleeping without any clothes.

The location is very near Shin-sapporo station.

The rooms were on the small side and when we checked in we were told the A/C was not working , there was only heating. Our first room was too warm and stuffy, so they moved us to a cooler room, but there was a pungent odor in the room that made me very uncomfortable. We were moved to another room which was better, less odor. Do not know what source of smell was! They

Not much going on around the hotel itself, need to get a train into the city. Have to pay extra for the spa if you want to use it.

Friendly and helpful staff. Carried our bags to our room for us when we arrived late. Able to store our bags the next day while we went looking around. Location 2min walk from the Shin-Sapporo station and a 25min train into the city. Lots on offer for breakfast in the morning. Comfortable room, big bed and good amenities.

A bit out from city centre Sapporo, need travelling of 20-30min by train.

Great view from high floor. Near JR and subway stations so quite convenient, nearby there’s malls and supermarket.

The onsen was an additional cost for hotel guests. I was hoping this would be inclusive especially for the high price per night we paid.

The room was a good size and very clean. Also the location is super convenient for getting the train into town.

the room is spacious, clean and very comfy bed. location wise, since we are driving so it doesn't make a difference. It's within walking distance to restaurants though. The breakfast was stunning! I recommend to have the breakfast at the hotel if it's not already in the package.

The waymarking from the JR station could have been better. The path was not clear, and not well lit. Perhaps the hotel could pay for luminous paint?

The restaurant staff were exceptional (one of the few meals I ate in Japan where I was confident that my gluten-free request was understood, and the food was delicious (bonus!).
