住客点评如何运作
每条住客评分在1到10分之间。为了得出所示的综合评分，我们会将收到的所有住客评分相加，然后将这个总和除以我们收到点评数量。我们使用加权点评系统，这意味着点评越新，对总评分的计算影响就越大。此外，住客还可以单独在一些重要方面打出“单项评分”，例如：位置、清洁度、工作人员、舒适度、设施、性价比以及免费WiFi。请注意，住客打出的单项评分与综合评分是分别单独提交的，所以两者之间没有直接联系。
如果您入住了在我们的平台预订的住宿，或者您曾到店但并未实际入住，都可以对该住宿进行点评。如需编辑已提交的点评，请联系我们的客服。
我们拥有人工和自动系统来专门甄别提交至我们平台的虚假点评。如经发现，我们会将其删除，并在必要时对相关责任人采取行动。
此外，无论谁发现可疑内容都可向我们的客服团队报告，我们的防欺诈团队会跟进调查。
理想情况下，无论是好评还是差评，我们会发布每一条收到的点评。但是，我们不会展示（在其它内容中）包含或涉及以下内容的任何评论：
- 政治敏感评论
- 促销内容
- 非法活动
- 个人或敏感信息（如电邮、电话号码或信用卡资料）
- 脏话、性暗示、仇恨言论、歧视性言论、威胁或涉及暴力的内容

真实点评eph TAKAYAMA我真的會給十分，離高山車站近到可能只有一百公尺，房間大小適宜（完全不用側身走路），還有小小客廳的感覺，淋浴與廁所分開，睡覺冷氣不會對頭吹，很少有房間有兩個洗手的水龍頭，每層樓都有洗衣、烘衣的設備（一層三間房），就像在自己家裡的感覺。

真实点评因為暴雨不得不再留在高山市，沒想到可以用台灣民宿的價錢，享受五星級飯店的設施，櫃檯人員超級親切，幫忙聯絡名古屋的飯店並解釋我們無法抵達名古屋的原因。若再有機會到關中的高山市，一定會再投宿這家飯店。

真实点评車站出來正前方直走馬上就可以抵達飯店，地理位置相當方便。這次入住的樓層只有我們一間房間，一進門就可以感受到用心的佈置，而且早餐也相當美味！

真实点评離車站超級近，非常方便。 公共區域有點擁擠，但是房間內部空間很剛好，不會太小也不會太大，設施很完整舒適，也都很乾淨。 早餐是套餐，日幣 2200，在一樓咖啡廳用餐，很好吃。
