We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesOur family likes to do our own cleaning, especially when we are staying in someone else's house. We try our best to make things easier for our hosts. There is no area to wash off dishes or plates, so be aware of this if you plan to shop for your food and eat at the house. I found the air from the AC in the upstairs bedroom (righthand side) to be somewhat dusty/"sandy". My wife confirmed. Did not use AC the second night.
Loved the location and small garden area. Private parking was a plus. Also really needed to do laundry and was able to do so on-site. Great downstairs bath and tub. Enough room for our family of five. As my mother is elderly, I appreciated the large downstairs bedroom. Host is super responsive, friendly, and attentive to needs. It was wonderful staying here.

AustraliaIt was very hard to find the location of property. Google app sent us to a very different place. The map on the web site was confusing, therefore we experienced the first stress when we arrived. Had to ask a stranger to make a phone call to our host and locate the property. The bed sheets have a strong smell of washing powder.
We liked the comfort of the house and price.

JapanAlmost nothing to say here. Perfect! The only negative is the inconvenient neighborhood. Far from the station and not many places to eat. But the innkeeper, a true gentlewoman, more than compensated for this. She offered to pick me up at the station and even dropped me off at a Starbucks where I could grab a coffee and light lunch!
Immaculate with great attention to detail and comfort. Lovely innkeeper even offered to pick me up at the train station! I will be staying here again.

SingaporeHost Keiko-san is not only super efficient but also incredibly warm and kind, making sure we are safe and helping with where we need to go/do. We felt more like visiting a friend than staying at a guesthouse. The house was also beautiful, tastefully furnished and super clean. Thanks again, Keiko-san!

JapanThe owner was super nice and the renovated old Japanese house was cozy (she uses the house as her massaging business). Even though we arrived pretty late, my friends wanted a massage (9:30 PM at this point...) and she was nice enough to provide the service... so nice without hesitation... Thank you so much! would love to go back again :)
