Beautiful hotel in Kushimoto, towards one end of town, convenient with a car. All staff were friendly and helpful. Room was super comfortable and well-designed, bed and pillows the best we’ve had in Japan. Shower room was great, overhead rain shower with great water pressure and temperature. We had a nice sea view over the Hashigui Rocks. The price was more than reasonable. Would not hesitate to recommend.

This was our second Fairfield hotel in Japan and at both of them the airco doesn’t go below 23 degrees Celsius, which is too warm to sleep. You can’t open a window.

Marriott has a great concept with the Fairfield hotels in Japan. The rooms are simple, small but has everything you need. Beds are good, bathrooms are good and the price is great. Ni breakfast is offered but always a supermarket close by and a lounge/kitchen at the hotel where you can prepare/heat up your.meal and enjoy it. Super friendly staff that will do anything to help you. Ocean view rooms with the famous Hashiguiiwa rocks right in front of you. Amazing ocean views.

This was my favourite hotel during our three week road trip and sadly was only one night would have stayed here longer if it had been possible, we upgraded to a sea view which worked out at £7.50 extra and it is the best money I have ever spent view was amazing room was amazing and luxurious loved my stay here.

Perhaps some breakfast options as currently there is none. There are more restaurant options for dinner right near the hotel than what comes up on Google maps. Italian restaurant for dinner a couple of km up the road was fabulous.

Beds were the most comfortable we had in our whole trip to Japan. Views from rooms at the front to the water were stunning. We were surprised there was a train line passing right beside the hotel at the back, but the room seemed to be very well sound proofed & we weren't disturbed by the few trains that passed on our overnight stay.

Limited breakfast options at the hotel however there are a few shops directly opposite where you can get a bite. If all fails there is definitely icecream available for breakfast 🥞

Clean, modern hotel, lovely linen and soft bath towels. Washing facilities are great and use a mobile app (easy to use even for foreigners - gives you a timer ⌛ on your phone which is great 😃)

Fantastic location right by the ocean and near the city beach. A bit far from the town, but there is a bus every hour and it is always a good opportunity for a walk

The hotel is an amazing place to rest and enjoy the local culture. The facilities are new and everything is clean and organized. They are very helpful and collaborative to recommend you restaurants, activities and places to visit.
